Bahamas Here We Come?

It takes 3 hours long driving by van from C. River to Victoria. The purpose of our visit over there is to see my brother who works for the Silversea Cruise Line. It would be fascinating if their cruise ship will dock at the main terminal here in Campbell. So far their cruise's destinations are fully book. Unless of course if there are at least hundred passengers or tourists who would like to be picked up at the port here in Campbell for other tour or detour for Alaska, Vancouver, Victoria, B.C. to California, USA.

The cruise ship at the background is not the same cruise ship they had five years ago. The first ship he and the crews and captain sailed along Victoria towered "taller" than this one. I mean too many "storeys" that we're like dwarfs compared to its giant size. The capacity of that cruise ship is more than 5,000 passengers. I think this cruise ship is good only for 800 to 1,000 passengers. It's more like a ferry. Anyway, whether it's small as a ferry so what? I think the quality of service depends not on what you can see with your eyes. It's not the quantity but quality of service by the crews and captain of the ship is what matters most of the time.

Yeah I can always pretend we're on vacation in the Bahamas not in Victoria, B.C. Don't you get it?

BTW: On Blogging, Internet, Comments

I'm having problem with my computer lately. Ewan ko ba. The keyboards medyo maganit na and then there are websites na once you go there and click their page it will boot you automatically. Kawawa naman yung blogger na yun. Marami nga syang comments more than 2,000 comments for just one entry but then may virus at trojans naman kaya you should not go there. NO. At least safe.

Now I know bakit nagcrashed yung blog ni Iris. Totally wiped out yung blog nya. With another blog na owned ni R.E. okay sana blogs nya medyo may katuturan kaso pulos "mura." mahilig syang magmura. Para syang nasa palengke. LMAO. So careful when you're accepting comments. Kayo din winarningan ko na kayo.

I like this pub restaurant with many flags. And the flowers outside the windows ---the main attraction. Flags and flowers!

After we had our lunch we decided to go for a short stroll at the back of Ogden Point. The view downhill is just fine. Nothing special. Lots of sweet pea and rye? Or just plain grass?

Cathie had a sweet pea flower on her hair and pretend she's in the Bahamas. Why not? It is freaking hot in that area.

Here we all are enjoying a big feast. Food galore once again. Can't help it when it's lunchtime, it's lunchtime and we have to feed our tummy.

We even brought a portable gas stove to heat our food especially the special palabok and shrimp sauce. Do I have to mention the rest of the food? Naku 'wag na baka mainggit ka pa.
You wont believe this. While the three volleyball players were enjoying their favorite sports suddenly their ball hit the branch and leaves of the maple tree. Then we heard loud screaming. It turned out Tina was being attacked by the creepy flyers up on top of that tree. See for yourself. Lots of them.

Hornets? Wasps? Whatever you call them they are absolutely insects that you have to run to avoid them.

I checked some of the leaves of that tree and the leaves have some tiny red eggs on them. Yikkes! What the hell are those red yucky creatures? Scary.
