After having a long conversation with my sister over the phone I decided to plan our lunch menu. I grilled pieces of chicken in the oven and have them tossed on fresh vegetable salad then baked the pumpkin for dessert. I didn't follow the recipe from the book. I didn't include the pecans and almonds. Although I added ingredients such as milk and cinnamon on it instead of having to add 1/3 cup of butter. 1/3 cup of milk is the best replacement I think. The result? Goodness! The best pumpkin cake I have ever tasted. Superbly tasty almost like cassava cake. Everyone likes it. I should bake more of that.

After lunch I couldn't figure of what I should do next. I'm done with my sewing. I had 8 pillow cases sewn yesterday. I'd like to sew other stuff but I'm running out of fabric. There is one fabric or textile that's left inside the box. It was a polyester blue polka dots on white background. The fabric is not really suited to my plan so I'll have to keep it for some other plan next time.

The problem with me is when I'd like to do the following task, "the productive task" I never stop until all the materials are there. I have to finish the work. Unless of course there is a barrier that stop me from doing it. So I told you the problem. The fabric is not into my liking. Hoping I can get out from my "cave" so that I can purchase some other textile for my next project. Yes I am choosy and fuzzy. Is that a big problem?

Naptime for me after 1:00 pm only to be awaken by the noise of our TV. Changed channels and watched a portion of of that old movie of Jack Nicholson's "The Witches of Eastwick." Weird movie but not as weird as "Bewitched" though. Then here comes my son who happened to got bored from his computer games and the annoying song of "I Got A Feeling." The on and on sound of that song is very annoying. Excuse me I had a headache from hearing that song that I have to take tylenol capsule to relieve the pain. That's how bad it is.

So here I am feeling better. No plan in typing this entry. It is when it's random that I can type more words and stanza on my blog. What can I do? My hands have that so called "AI" What AI means? Artificial Intelligence. Bwahahhahaha!

Oh, before I forget my son's new fave song is "Into My Arms." Supposed to be one of my favorites too with the mellow touch. Don't you like it too? Probably Clarizze likes it. Young girls should favor such kind of music. However for Tamara she likes the latin version Splendor Crescit I told you the reason why. Because it's a GAME.

Why= Y Y= Income

Oh darn where's the $3,000?

I don't have any plan to post anything today. Somehow there are circumstances wherein I need to post something just for the sake of replying to somebody's message. I mentioned one blogger from W the other day and that person responded with more pleasant attitude and attributes about herself. Talagang nagpakilala sya ng husto sa madlang people. Good for her. Although she didn't really reveal herself in photographs. Pa mystery pa sya.

About myself revealing my face and whoever I am? I have too many clones. I'm not from the Star Wars movie but I have too many clones. I don't know why? I think it's the result of being subjected to Cat Scan. LMAO. Since I joined the chat room in Mabz every chat room ID names that I made somebody somewhere would like to have them until I run out of ID. Then I tried to have my ID names in Yahoo. The same fate happened. Done or perpetuated by hackers? For what? Later on I found out "facebook" had my name on it. Hehe! I don't have facebook. I don't have twitter either. I have my own twitter in my own system. Radio gaga belongs to the Queen and Carl. Although when I arrived here in Canada an amateur wants to impress me that he and the rest of the ham received the message. The government and other officials did not. Because they were hooked on TV and the passing of bottled water Evian.

Oh well, it's getting hot in here now. Please don't let the scorching heat of the sun affect my view. And please focus your Arizona lens away from my eyes. You keep following. What is wrong with you people? Change the Drake Equation will you? Follow your big star at the golf course not here. See Tiger? Oh that guy is soooooooo dark already from playing too much golf. Taking him out of the field would be death for the golf enthusiast's dream. It was only his presence that the fans were after. Unless of course you have another star who will beat his phenomenal record.

On contrary, I noticed that my son is getting dark also. His fair skin complexion is not so fair anymore from too much golfing that I told him to stop playing or he should be playing where the shades are. And that's impossible right? When you are golfing you are there at the middle of flat surface, downhill or uphill, rolling hills if there are on the vista still is this kind of sports is played in an open space under the heat of the sun.

I myself had that experience of golfing long time ago. The result was from my back neck down to my legs my skin complexion has turned from fair complexion to dark. Although the funny thing about it was -- my face, my hands and arms (except the back) , and front legs remained in the original skin color. It's more like half and half. Naku milk ata yun ah. Actually result from being sunburned. Shocking. It was really weird. Anyway my skin color has returned to my original color. No not really. Mas maputi ako nung araw. Para akong intsik na mestiza. I hate going back to Pinas and let my friends ridicule me again na bakit ako umitim. Dapat daw pag nasa ibang bansa eh dapat lalong puputi. Eh iba nga d2 sa probinsya eh. Kulet nyo.

Ibang topic naman. May naamoy akong di ko type. Ah yung computer mouse ko pala. Amoy cigar. Hindi hope eh. Parang Players ata yun. Kakainis. Angus kuno. Then after I cleaned the kitchen I was back to my new task of "sewing." Yeah my good mood has returned and this time sewing is my new forte for the time being. Since yesterday I was able to make: lounge wear, sleeveless blouse, skorts in daisy print-fabric. Then checkered or gingham print fabric for summer blouse and shorts then 3 pillow cases. If I will have enough time for today I will continue sewing. My singer sewing machine functions like no other. Thanks to my darling sister who had the time to fix it. Also thank you rin pala doon sa steamed puto and siopao. Superbly delicious. It was gone in 20 minutes. Masarap eh. Luto ka ulit. Next time dapat may sauce yung siopao.

The Light You Give May Be The Light Of Hope

Forget about the Project OzMa. It's too late for that now. It was a great project after World War II and other projects were then passed and reviewed time and time again. Now the SUNSET is back when it was already been projected in 18th Century. At present time Year 2009 project after projects are being pass and nothing has even approve yet. The problem? Financial aid. However the people behind these "projects" never close their observatory. The giant observatory in Arecibo and Kitt Peak now tagged by me as a "Kitty." LMAO.

There's really no war. It only is a rumor. Actually WAR of WORDS. Blame the many indifferences. Blame the language that is constantly providing barriers. Why not? That's how we can differentiate ourselves. The more multi-lingual you are the more fortunate you are in the intelligence bureau. To be bilingual is a privilege. To be multi-lingual is a blessing.

So be aware that I will forever annoy your world with my kind of language. I can't help it. Oh well face towel as what Eloy's said. You gal is very contagious with your expression.

I have problem with colors and I found it hard to design my blog site. Having difficulty to read words in plain white background. That I resorted to trying variety of colors to fill up the void. I don't have any plan for today. Friday today right? The last day of working day for workers unless if you also work on Saturday and Sunday. For me? I work everyday ---> 24 hours a day. Rest day? I don't think I have that in my mind. So weird eh?

I might have plan of providing you with fractal imagery but that's for the next, next entry when i find the mood to continue my battle with my ego. As of now I'm on my " id mode." My super ego if you'll ask me has a new meaning and format in my think tank. I left it behind the lamp post at the pier. I'll be back to get it at 12 midnight when my wings are completely renewed.Nope I wont get burn from its light. I'm not a being subjecting myself to too much spotlight. Until then Sayonara!

WARNING:
Have your cock and bull story. It's worth it!
Worth than a bushel of rye and you'll end up after a day's work with the cock of the walk adventure. Honestly. BUT make sure you drink moderately and please stay at home for your cocktail glass of wine. Driving is not required while being intoxicated or you'll end up dead or in a slammer.

The Project OzMA Is A Work of Wonders

After posting the jester photo I received many phone calls asking if my husband is busy. Oh wow! Ahahahhaaaaaaaaaa. I found that very hilarious. Indeed. Don't tell me it's "them" who are psychic or it's just that these people are reading my blogs.

As of now I haven't receive any comments in my blog comments provided for readers to " voice " out their opinion whether they like my blog. It's okay if they are too frank to say or state that my blogs are annoying. I am very considerate to the point that I can tolerate obnoxious opinions. You don't really need to hide or be scared on what will happen to you after reading my blog entries. All is fair in love and in war. You can laugh or make funny jokes about my writing it's OK. There's no problem with that. I am the most understanding compassionate human being on Earth. I can command anything from computer to wild animals that need taming. I can command where the asteroids will hit and at what site and whatever speed it takes. Call it magic or sorcery? Really some people here have no sense of humor at all that's why they are boring and too tiring to talk to. I wish I'm out of this world and let them do what they want to do. The Project Ozma is really not working to the point that I want to tell them BE TRUE TO YOURSELF because when I get mad everyone is affected and your economy will suffer. Before SETI there was and is SUNSET. Battling with me in this kind of game is not really your business. You have to surrender now or accept defeat.

With regards to "writing" which I know some of the most critics that I have are the many prolific writers of today who think that they are GOD-sent. Do you know who is God and where He is? That's the billion dollar question. Have you experimented on GOD if He is alive and roaming the face of the Earth? Oopssie I should not mention God in my blogs or else the JW might knock at my doorstep. Anyway my writing has no rule. I don't follow any rules at all. I don't take advice from anybody. I'm a freelance writer. I once used a "ghostwriter" before or pseudonyms because of the thought that my creative writings would jeopardize my "career." Bwahahhaha. Now that's totally funny and ridiculous that my tummy hurts from my infectious laughter.

Excuse me for my sarcastic view I just can't help it. Alright, I learned from the famous author of book " Postcards From Across The Pond" that there is no rule in writing especially if it's a comedy. As long as your readers can laugh at it.

For now it's only me who is laughing at my own works. Too dry? My wit and humor is way too dry for comfort that I will get busy "soon" by providing quilt comforter. Enough said.

Godspeed.

+ The photograph above is my own creation based on creative thinking.

From Fantasy To Reality

Old movies are back on our TV program such as: Aliens starring Sigourney Weaver and Star Wars. Both movies were blockbusters films and watching them again is really good especially when I'm not busy. Also it takes my kids off away in front of the monitor screen of our computer. Two movies that they will watch from the beginning to its end. What so special about these movies? It is a suspense action filled films that cater to the curiousity of young ones. The special effects. The science fiction involved in the sequences. The optical illusions, the camera tricks and the fascinating fantasy involved in most of the scenes. The movie "Aliens" deals with monster predator. It is scary and heart pounding. The thrill of watching the characters showing frightening emotions can make anyone feel the adrenaline rush, the freaking emotional heart-wrenching sweating of being afraid of the unknown. You know the kind of psychological thriller where real action needs a quick speedy counter reaction to topple the enemies.

While in Star Wars the effect is more of a kind of fascination because of the views or sceneries that are enchanting. But probably were produced via computer graphic arts. Meaning they were unreal but surreal to the point that still you can't help but be excited to see the wonders of technology. Besides staring at the leading character named Padme's costume is a joy to see. Notice the style? Most likely patterned after the Dowager or the Empress of China and or Japan. Look at the picture above with the jester. I should have changed her costume. Yes I can change her dress anytime I want to. I have knowledge with computer graphic and arts. Although of course it takes time and inspiration to do it. Ah, let us just have the jester or decoy look stunning that way.

The real good thing about this is I have my kids at the living room as we all watched these movies again no matter how old they are. We watched these before in the cinema esp. the Star Wars but who cares? These movies are all time "classic."

What the two books beside or in between the jester? They are books worth-reading especially when doing carpentry works or having house renovations. Fishing industry is not the only source of income in my town. I'm just about to let you go but informing other readers about means of livelihood in a small town means expanding the horizon beyond. Housing and realty business, construction of park and big box store is in progress even if the pulp mill shut down. The forest industry seems bleak but we'll probably see people coming here esp. the tourists for the Winter Olympic Games practice at Mount Washington which surely add light and life to the present gloomy economy. Who knows --- only time can tell. Surely I can tell you what lies ahead if I'm a psychic. Am I?

Unfortunately --after posting the result of the score or points that Tamara has accumulated from playing the Game of Super Smash Brawl you wont believe what happened. The score was reduced into questionable numbers. Somebody is cheating out there. I wonder who the culprits are. However this doesn't dampen her spirit, she continued the game and different levels : The Maze, The Great Maze, The Wilds, The Deep Space, The Halo Effect, etc. required to achieve more points, medals, trophys, etc. It was an exciting game from easy to difficult situations. Oh yes this game is not only for children this is played by many adults over 20 years old. Why? It has some kind of special technique and strategy involved to win the game. You think you can just touch the buttons and the game will play on its course? Nah you must be kidding me.

Somehow it was me who was upset about the cheating process in every game like this. My sons were cheated too in the many internet games made by people who are drowning in power and influence. They were lured to play the free games until they can no longer have the weapons and they have to pay the entrance fee just to get in. It was a billion dollar internet game - industry. BILLIONS! Millions of people played them around the world. The entrance fee is costly! Twenty five dollars!! and that's only good not even for one month. Who could afford 100 dollars every month when other bills are piling up? So, don't advise me to have my kids on vacation or field trip outside the country or out of town activities. Nah, with the economic situation we are in right now who you think can afford the luxury like that? Even the kids of politicians here don't have the nerve to do such thing. Besides, speaking of field trips my kids had enough of them in their school. That's their priority over there. Sounds intriguing huh. Where are the real teachers nowadays?

How to stop my kids and the many kids playing those stupid games? Tell me? To have the school open as early as possible? Because to stop them from playing these games by shutting off my computer will leave them to seek the computers of their friends. I don't like my kids having to live at other people's house. To have the disciplinary action like reprimanding them would mean I'll be the worst mother that they could ever imagine. Worst of all worst? I don't like them copying the destiny of other kids who end their lives. I wont name names of those who did it. (Mind 'ya I'm not talking about your kids. Your kid has nothing to do with this).

What else? Good thing, next week would be the start of the professional days intended for the school teachers and administrators to have their plans revisited. They call the 3 day activity as a "Professional Development Day." Maybe as a preparation for the School Year 2009- 2010. The School starts on September 8, 2009 on Tuesday. Great! Three day preparation is a must for them. All I can wish them > Goodluck!

Subspace Emissary

Not contented with the million points in her game: Super Smash Bros. Brawl my darling daughter keeps on progressing to the next level and up to the next level when over 94 % is not enough. As I watched her smash every CPU warriors in this type of awesome madness. Yes it is sheer madness indeed!

Why you like this game I asked her? And she will just smiled at me and chuckled. She loves the theme song. It was a "latin version." She's just like my Grandmother then.

The first time I heard the song I was shocked. I first thought it was sort of "bad words." Then realizing it was actually latinized so there 'ya go Audi famam ilius. It was a splendor crescit alright. Now listen to me before you have a different version. Ooppss some people were caught already having "bad hearing" and needs hearing aid. Ahahahaha.

Listen carefully if you will and find out for yourself if you fall victim to its wordings or lyrics. While I was listening to it and reading some other literary creative writings done by other bloggers here is one conclusion that will stick: No wonder why there is rumor and rumors of war because of our problem with the language. The collective and selective. Which one you should choose?

The best way is to COLLECT and COLLECT. THEN SELECT.

Catch Of The Day

Holding on to this 25 inches, 15 lbs. salmon freshly caught at the Brown's bay area is quite amazing! This is his biggest catch so far. Maybe more fish coming up in the next few days. Congratulations Ty you are a great fisherman!!

Nope I'm not posing here to play jai alai in a cancha.
Whew! This salmon is real heavy. I can't barely hold on tight to its mouth. It's fresh you can smack it real good.

What to do with this big fish? Of course this is for our supper tonight. The rest of the slices will be distributed to my sister and her family. This salmon is worth $55 to $60 in the supermarket. Yeah why buy when we can catch the fish in the ocean.

Uhm I was thinking of ending this blog but somehow story of my son catching spring salmon is worth more than a blog so be it. Besides, not end of the world yet for us. While contemplating on my busy schedule and my other experiments anything is possible and impossible? The possibility is endless. Sad to say. Great for the many hopefuls. Life really never ends. Survival of the fittest and the smartest > all over again. Still is the struggle lives on.

For those who never stop inquiring whether recession is over here in Canada here is my first reaction to them: RECESSION IS OVER when I can afford to shop by means of cash at the leading shopping malls and department stores such as : Sears, Winners, Walmart, Reitman's, Zellers, the Bay. If I only could afford to buy food then surely recession is not over yet. Mind 'ya that's an economist's view point.

Now That You're 16

16th birthday of my everdearest son Tyrel > today. My first born! Almost an exact carbon copy of his Dad Lorne. It was of course the happiest moment in my life. .. sixteen years ago I was speechless in that period of time. He was exactly the same baby I saw in my dream. It was a blessing. He is a miracle baby. Thank God.

To relate all the stories of what happened would mean occupying all the space here and I don't think my son would like it so I'll have to narrate here the value and importance of being here on Earth. The life that you and each everyone of us should not taken for granted.

Tyrel and his twin brother and sister in their happy crusader outfit. Viva Canada!

Twilight!? That's nothing compared to his DrAcula Halloween moment of fun. Pumpkin festival at the school that he and his schoolmates have to dress up for the party. Where's your blood?

Together with his siblings and close friends at Crystal Lanes after the bowling session and it's time to open the birthday gifts. And the weather is cooler by the minute. Enjoy! He loves winter.

Do you believe? Ah, the picture depicts of being ahead of the game. It's the Rat Race and here comes the group faster than you could ever think of. You have to thank the parents and the teachers for this kind of advance program.

Soccer was his first priority game and his Dad his first team coach until he decided he'd rather concentrate in golfing at Storey Creek.
His prep-school was in Philippines. Thank God I taught him how to scribble, color, print his name, read the English alphabet and he was accepted in a Christian school right away. It was pre-requisite for pre-school children to be able to write to be accepted. He just turned 4 years old that time. He learned to memorize Christian or religious verses and poems, able to sing the Philippine's national anthem. It was too much for his age but all his classmates have to endure the same strict discipline in learning. The photograph above was taken in the science museum in Makati City. It was works of wonder. You should visit the place. Zoom! Zoom! NASA!

Here we go > the very lucky guy watched the first two victory games of Blue jays our favorite team. The team that we support until now. So keep your hope alive until we are once again triumphant to our cause and ever priority.

Unto this day and forward to the rear march...

HAPPY BIRTHDAY MY SON!

My Point Of View

I hate talking about myself or else this page will turn out as my autobiography when it should not. I mean this is a BLOG. Besides if I will have my autobiography > story of my life from the time I was born, whew! I think it will fill up the whole CPU. You know what I mean? Because I can still remember what happened when I was only just 4 years old. Imagine that. Then add the many dreams and nightmares that I had. The genealogy from 1850 to 2009 and beyond. The many people behind me and the many people ahead of me.

Okay cut it off. I know I have the bragging rights for the meantime that I am blogging. Don't you have such right and privilege the same as me?

Once you are a blogger and you are blogging the whole page and the whole site belongs to you. You are the writer, editor, director of what matters here in this format. It is up to you to make it or break it.

Still is up to you the writer to be loved or hated by your readers. I love both reactions. It's the reaction that I want from my readers. Whether they are mad at me for speaking my mind or love me for honesty. Honesty is always the best policy. We only have one life to live. Use it wisely and most of all for the purpose that will benefit the people you love and care about.

Some people may find it intriguing why I have to write almost anything about my family or what we are doing. My question is what I have to write that would be pleasing for the rest of majority who reads my blog? Would it be proper for me to relate stories about other people? If I have to do that my blog will turn out like a cheapy tabloid. It wouldn't be wholesome although it would become entertaining. You know people love controversy.

I am not a tabloid reporter. I am not even a reporter. I'm just a blogger who happened to be realistic with my point of view.

Maybe I will go back to writing short stories of FICTION rather than true to life stories? Or let me have the AEsop FABLES instead. At least there are moral lessons that young children can learn and adapt to for their own good. Life's like that!
