Cold Snap Just Happened

 It snowed in Ontario and Alberta, Canada and snowed in many parts in the U.S. While the grounds and rooftops are icy and frosty at the island, snow didn't materialize at 0 degree Celsius. Balmy cold right now. 

Husband said it was minus 2 (-2 Celsius) when he woke up at dawn. Hmm, maybe the last winter snow before Spring time on March 2023.

Another day and February 2023 here we come. Drizzles would be over as it had been the prevalent weather outcome in January 2023, or is it? Weather is like whether we like it or not here in Canada. Looks like we can no longer control the weather, ha ha! ha ha!

Something weird going on with my blogs when it comes to technical aspect. I signed in "click the button for sign in " and presto automatically opens right immediately to Blogger's main menu. LOL. It should be alright? While thinking about so many things here on what to blog and happened to see and read story about CHATGPT done by robots. Really? You mean robots are getting more intelligent than humans? LOL. Look, you know that it's robot who did your homework and literary works especially when there's absence of humor in in all those essays. Easy to find that out if its not you who composed the essays or report as in using the English language as proficient as the English novelist and English Shakespeare and whoever had knowledge with perfect grammar. Why would you like ChatGPT doing your homework, for what? Oh, I know because even Presidents and Prime Ministers also had help from their own chosen speechwriters. Why you as an ordinary human, a student wont have help from the ChatGPT Robot? lol. Too strange for me. Too weird because of all humans with a heart and mind writing is my forte. I could write and write and type and type for the whole day and night without being tired. The problem would be occupying so much of the space. 

I remember the ROBOCALLS during at the time of Prime Minister Stephen Harper. The robocalls had the power to answer call or make a call, any kind of calls, leading you to press buttons and each buttons have corresponding task such as: Press 1: You reached the Minister of blah-blah blah. Press 2: Customer service Press3: Press 1 Press 4: Hold on a second, the operator told you to hold the line. You waited for minutes until the line shut off. Press 5: For more options. Back to press the number their 1-800 number. Same automated answer by robots. Then finally somebody answered, a human and said please hold the line then automatically the music played in the background until you fall asleep. You tried the next days, same thing, tried next week maybe the robots are gone but its the same situation. The robocalls was a part of the Harper Admin and they were so pissed off just the same. Is there a robot in Prime Minister's Office of Justin Trudeau? iRobot, anybody?

How about the recent ChatBOT? Who are they? AI? Just like in the movie AI Artificial Intelligence?

I don't think so. OMG So funny.

You can pinch anybody who works in the government. Pinch their skin and if they say "ouch" that maybe they are humans not ChatBot.

So after that dinner, my daughter and I relaxed and watched the shows on TV. First, the Ryan Seacrest's NY Eve's show then unfortunately there was a downpour and the telecast went haywire so we changed channel and found that there was a live show on a different channel station to welcome the New Year brought on by talented singers/superstars Dolly Parton & Miley Cyrus. We watched their awesome show until the fireworks blasted off to the NEW YEAR 2023.

 The human brain thinks most of the time even if you are asleep and you wonder why...it is because you are alive! Just like that, simple explanation. Because if your dead, can you think? Can you perceive about everything that is happening within your surrounding especially with yourself?

Heh! Better collect dinosaur bones and take them to ROYAL  TYRRELL MUSEUM in Drumheller, Alberta. If you believe in Adam and Eve, you must also believe there are giant creatures out there that need introspection. If there are giants like Goliath and there are giant seqouia trees maybe, there's really a machine that could shrink any life form and Earth would be greater and larger and there's no need to discover another planet. If you are obsessed like Elon Musk on trying to reach Mars or explore Mars, what red planet can do? Mars is known as the god of war, not just a planet.

By the way, another asteroid would pass along the satellite of Earth, miles away from the surface of earth, the size of a truck (something like Fed Ex truck). When I heard the news, that's quite fascinating and at the same time ridiculous. According to the news it will happen tonight! lol. Pray that the asteroid wont hit the earth's surface and its path should be straight not crook.

Happy Chinese New Year!

 In every occasion, my family usually celebrate in advance. Waiting for that special day is... dude, we don't have patience. If patience is a virtue? It is not my virtue. lol. Nah, it depends actually.

Like if I want to have fruit salad have to buy the ingredients right away and have the salad on that day, why wait for the New Year or birthdays. 

Dessert: the best ever, not too sweet not sour because of the sweetened condensed milk and nestle' cream. I usually prepare fruit cocktail salad from canned fruits: pears, apples, pineapples, cherries, peaches, papaya, grapes. Super creamy delicious! I would rather have this extra special salad than having cake. Yum-yum-yum.👌
 

Crunchy pork with crunchy skin and of course deliciously tasty. Pork bones definitely intended for baby Eko. We had this last night.

I forgot the name of this angel fish. lol. I like them deep fried and salty- crunchy.

You know Google has the same advocacy you know, not that you don't know about it. It's the Rat Race. Google is always advance on almost everything, everywhere simply because they are the scientists, innovators, dreamers, the TLC or The Learning Channel. Google is fast. You can't beat Google when it comes to knowing it all. It is the most advance social media, social network and it is the "search engine." Thy have work ethics. I like Facebook too but sometimes you need to be in your own space without others trying to peek on what you are doing. There is privacy here and I don't need to outsmart already smart people. 

I know, being very dramatic again. That's why husband bought packets of sour broth for "sinigang." So many of these tamarind soup base now that have to keep in our kitchen cupboard for future use for next meals.

 

Flowers

 We like staring at the Windows during the cold Winter months wishing when will Spring time comes or if there will be another drop of snow before Chinese New Year? Hey, that's not my wishful thinking. I know so many millions of people out there at staring at different kind of Windows. Windows 10! There's already Windows 11 while the Windows 98 still in operation in the new television series "Irreverent" at Showcase somewhere at the remote village in Australia. 

So, while I was staring at the French door of this house,  beside the door are the two plants: banana and bougainvillea. I remember the other day and wonder why Eko likes being there hiding from us. You know why? Suddenly the banana plant started wiggling and there he was trying to scratch and bite the banana trunk. I called her and offered the piece of beef to chew on. He smelled the beef and reluctantly not interested. Eko went into hiding again and then the bougainvillea started shaking. Hmm, she likes those two plants or the soil from the pot where she used to bury the bone. Weird dog! Then she came out with a piece of stick from the bougainvillea, on her mouth and I grabbed the small dry stick. I offered a yummy, delicious beef and you like those sticks, Eko? What's wrong with you? lol

Anyway, it's not long that I perceived what she meant. It's time to prune the plants. My bougainvillea needs a trim and time to cut those dry long sticks without leaves. Husband said he wants to cut half of the bougainvillea like he wants to make a bonsai out of its 6 ft. tall height. If I didn't cut the original measurement of that lively, lovely bougainvillea that plant would have been more than 30 ft. by now and maybe crawling the ceiling. My husband was disappointed of this plant because since me moved here at the apartment it didn't bloom flowers anymore. I told him once again that the plant needs breezy air and salty beach air. Bougainvillea is a tropical plant and needs lots of sunshine. A special plant that blooms abundantly and radiantly when the weather is hot and humid. Yeah, disappointing right? I hope and pray this bougainvillea will bloom this year. Hopefully...

Thursday Episode: Shadowy figures

 It was after 12 noontime when Eko arrived at our home to be taken care of. She was lively, ran around from the corners of the house, to the living room to the kitchen back and forth. She settled for a bit when its time for snacking. Then Eko continued to be the naughty, little toddler. Once again into her tip toes trying to scratch my legs and toes because she wants my black/white rabbit slippers. She got hold of my slippers to play with until its full of her saliva. I then looked for my other pair of black slippers but Eko likes that pair of slippers too. OMG! Why? I tried not to let go of my slippers and she kept to follow me haggling my slippers and my toes, biting my toes and slippers until I gave in. She likes slippers, shoes and she's into scratching my daughter's legs too. There are times that screaming fit becomes a situation at home because the little vampire had sharp pointy teeth  and sharp nails (claws). I told my husband that Eko needs her nails cut. Suddenly saw Eko had the nail cutter on her mouth. Maybe she needs her nails cut or she really needs her nails trim for sure.

If its not drizzling for the whole week, and the weather is as clear as day maybe we could go for  a long walk at the park but it was gloomy and dark outside, drizzles continue to cause that melancholic feeling atmosphere and that maybe causing Eko to feel like claustrophobic. She was whiny and unhappy. Husband had to take her out to pee or poop if she needs to, just at the front yard. She just peed most of the time when she's outside. I noticed that she likes to watch husband or me at the kitchen when we're cooking. We had grilled/baked chicken drumsticks, baked potatoes, steamed rice, pork stewed with cauliflower and deep fried angel fish. My family enjoyed our dinner and so was Eko who had two chicken drumsticks.

At past 6 pm after dinner, Eko was whiny and felt so bored. Then she noticed something at the French door. She went there closer to the glass door and started barking. She can see her shadow. She barked and barked making her presence felt to that shadowy image on the glass. I was laughing so hard when suddenly she came running away from the glass door and jumped at me to where I was seated. She was trembling, shaking like as if she was afraid of something that she saw from the glass door. I started patting her back and told her "it's okay Eko" calm down. You just need a good hug from auntie. She calmed down, staring at the door again. It's okay, just watch the series I am watching, told her. She glanced at our TV. It was FBI: international on the screen of our TV.  After few minutes, she approached the glass door again and started barking once again. Husband took Eko with him, hold her up high, showed the mirror in the washroom and they looked at the mirror and husband observed Eko. Eko was confused as she stared at her own reflection on the mirror. She was silent, not barking. Hmm, wonder what dog sees when they looked at the mirror?

 

Looking For The V Power? And Can't Get It? Why?

 On January 6, 2023 only that day that our lovely Eko stayed on the surface of the carpet and sit still watching us (me and my husband). This was the only time that she was quiet and in the observation mode. I wonder why. I asked her so many times, why? Are you sick Eko. You didn't run and you didn't jump. It's unlike you.

She also sat on the love seat, unmoved watching us and sometimes stared at my husband for too long. Eye to eye. Whoever blinks first, the loser. lol

Anyway, what we are doing that day? Watching the ballots counting of the votes intended for the Speaker of the House: McCarthy vs Jeffries. On the screen of our TV... Well, it seems that my computer photo files don't like me posting them. That's right.

We are babysitting EKO. Our duty must concentrate on lovely, tenacious, ferocious beast Eko.

We are not to be swayed by hypocrites or its the same story all over again. It's another Cain and Abel all over again. hmm...

It's already year 2023. The hypocrites from the Old ancient bygones are gone and already been dust. If your dreams turned into dust vacuum is the answer. Or tornadoes better?

Vacuums brand name you wonder why the names are EUREKA, Featherlite, Dyson, Dirt Devil, Kenmore, Bissell, etc. How about CERN?

 

Question Period

 It's nice to be able to write story about your SELF only however, being full of "SELF" would mean being monotonous and boring. Sometimes when it's about the truth about your own life people would rather stay away from it thinking... maybe you are bragging, maybe you are fantasizing or just trying to make a fool of yourself.

WHATEVER. Other people have all the reasons why they act or thinking awful about other people and other things and why they lashed out at something whether they like it or not. It's easy to piss off humans nowadays because so many of them are hurting. Two years of the pandemic had them coping out in reality and thy all want to end such tragic phase of their lives as in enough is enough. To prolong and continue to go on with this "violence and hatred, the bullying and racism" against certain race causing the pandemic is very unfair. 

So many millions of people are hurt and hurting. The economic downfall is going down the drain. It's the year 2023 and we cannot see the light and an end to this redundant story. It must begin with journalists and news network that should stop with the propagation of false news. I think if they don't have valid proof or evidence they should stop airing news  about any epidemic or pandemic. Because sometimes, the pandemic that happened in other countries happened many years ago and sometimes hoard news from the past or if you don't know the language better just shut your f' mouth. Know your source of news and messenger of news. When it comes to COVID-19, some doctors don't even know what covid is and the symptoms at the very first start of the pandemic. They don't know the origin of the virus having problems in explanation of such virus. They keep on having the same script for the last 3 years. Rehearsed covid news. Ask the symptoms and the symptoms are related to FLU. Why change the name COVID for FLU? The trials of new medicines and vaccines is the reason why. In clinical trials , usually large pharmaceutical company (ies) need at least thousands to millions of volunteers. Volunteers. Who are the willing participants or guinea pigs who will volunteer for the initiation of such NEW meds and vaccines? How millions suddenly became volunteers for the vaccine mRNA? Is forced vaccination illegal? What is the punishment for something coerced or forceful initiation of unknown vaccines?

It's not rocket-science. 

Hey, here's another question: if Elon Musk finally got the perfect rocket to fly over Mars who are willing to volunteer for his ultimate mission to Mars? Would you be the first one to volunteer and find out what's life at stake on Mars? Is Mars a planet? Is Mars a planet for life? Why Elon is obsessed of reaching Mars? is that some sort of code for his game? Why Elon frequently used Facebook account instead of his Twitter? I wonder why Sergey Brin never visits Facebook? Ha ha! Mark Zuckerberg doesn't even know about them as he is too busy with Metaverse.  LOL. J/K. I should not laugh. You know that I usually think in advance. I am a strategist! I just hope that Mark Z. wont neglect Facebook or sell it to those "opportunists."

I'm full of questionnaires you know. I have too many questions with no answer from those people because according to my sources they already passed away. You know, I don't believe in death. People die their physical bodies died, get rotten but their soul or spirit lives in the air or space watching over us. Then, you (spirit of whoever you are) travels in space and find a human life form capable of accepting their spirit and soul. It's impossible until it happened to you. Literally. You think Jesus Christ is the only human who is capable of resurrection?

Are You Wasting Time?

 Supposedly it's the brand new year of solution, resolution to the burgeoning problems from last year and the two years of pandemic nonsense made up done by those experimenters who are partly "aliens."

TWO YEARS of the pandemic made by idiots just to gather funds is considered a revival of the NAZI Communist ideology.

Wasting time is the new year's trend starting January of 2023. Why? 

I think somehow they follow an old ancient book. Just like Russia's Pres. Putin who asked for ceasefire (war against Ukraine on hold for hours) due to the celebration of Orthodox Christmas in Russia. You know they also celebrate Saint Nicholas. Orthodox Catholic Christians observed the birth of Christ. They believed in Jesus Christ. At least it's a good reason to believe. Only 36 hours of ceasefire! That short!!? Then the camera grinds again for ACTION. Don't really know when they will be out of ammo and missiles that those drones will soon be flying in the sky. OMG! It feels like a movie, you breathe to know if you're alive.

Tomorrow,  January 6 is the birth anniversary of saint Joan of Arc. She was a Saint and a female Hero, maybe she was actually Elizabeth I. How that happened? Hmm, maybe I can sense farther from beyond the grave.

While we the members of the Roman Catholic bid final goodbye to the Pope Emeritus Benedict XVI who was laid to rest for public viewing, his body seen from head to foot, in an "open bed" since Monday, January 2, 2023 and he will soon be given the final rite on Thursday (until his  coffin be laid to final RIP down to the crypt, special mass in his honor officiated by the current Pope Francis at the Vatican. 

Televisions around the world are too busy to show many valuable news this year including: Connor Bedard as he and his Canadian hockey team are now to compete for gold (Hockey Championship Game in Halifax, Nova Scotia (Moncton),  Canada). Good luck! 

Then  the Buffalo football player Damar Hamlin who suffered cardiac arrest at age 24, while playing at the football field. He was given CPR twice at the field and at the hospital and fortunately he survives. Too many young athletes are getting sick and most of the time it has something to do with "heart and stroke." A cause for alarm that younger men are susceptible and vulnerable to heart ailments. Its never been a problem before but because younger generations are working so hard, over fatigue to earn a living. It's never been that way before. High technology, pressure and stress in a very competitive world have them strive to be higher and stronger  than anybody else. They forced themselves to the limit just to prove they are better than anyone else and that also set the trend of many suicides and suicidal tendencies and death by suicides happened more than ever. Too much competitions. 

The return of the COVID variant. Looks like they are not finish with their experiment. They need more hospital equipment and they need more staff and want higher wages. The XBB variant could be from Big Bang Theory. When Shelly is sick you have to sing his favorite song until Shelly falls asleep or you have to rub Vicks vaporub to his chest and sing another lullaby. Yeah peeps, too many people on the weakest link and those "hardworking" healthcare workers they want the limelight once again. Its always lights, camera, action for them. Did they really pass Medicine? Maybe we should investigate and check their educational background. Because if its all covid diagnosis, you should ask help from DR. HOUSE. He is un-likeable and was called an a-hole but he is a brilliant doctor.

Some people are wasting time and wasting a way.

 Could it be the return of Westinghouse in the process?

Look at the House of Congress or US House of Representatives when they cannot solve their own conflict as they cannot make a swift choice for the  Speaker of the House. There is that one particular candidate > Kevin McCarthy that already has the experience as Speaker and yet they want the other guy. Democrats and Republicans have a lot of differences from passing the bills against many obstacles to passing the bills that are unlawful or against the doctrines of the law of God. Evolution set the trend of what is lawful or unlawful as it obeys the command of the majority of people who are taxpayers. The voice of the people is the voice of God. Vox Populi Vox Dei. If its the voice of GOD then follow and obey. If you follow and obey the voice of the devil you get the wrath of God. How can you know who is at God's or who is the devil? Have you seen God and the devil?
