Roast beef with hot gravy and yorkshire pudding, steamed potatoes and brocolli for supper. The beef is so tender, moist and superbly flavourful.

As I mentioned before that BEEF is affordable at this time of the month (year). It's Holy Week and so many Catholics do not eat meat during these Holy Holidays.

I'm a Catholic. However, did not participate in acquiring the "Holy Ash" on ASH WEDNESDAY. When you accept that Holy + Ash on your forehead definitely you have to think of what not to do and what not to eat. Restrictions on not to eat any kind of meat during the Holy Week. You should not watch movies that are not rated GP (General Patronage). You are not allowed to drink alcohol. You should be holy and saintly if that requires you to be in collaboration with the event. 

Wow! Who are the saints and who are the sinners in your community and congregation?

Anyway, I would be thinking once again on what to cook for lunch and dinner.  

Then I enjoyed watching the movie WONG KA YAN. It's a Chinese movie filmed and produced in Hong Kong. The story of a young man who fell in love with female ticket sales holder from a cinema where he watched a porn movie and fell asleep. He was not really there to watch that movie (not shown if it was a porn or maybe food porn, lol) he was just attracted to the girl whom he had this instant "love at first sight." When he woke up, the gate at the cinema was closed & locked and fortunately the pretty girl heard his cry for help. While waiting for the "uncle" to open the gate of the cinema, Chan Yin played his guitar which impressed the girl and she asked him to play next time and composed lyrics for it. He remembered her as Wong Ka Yan and for him to see her again is a matter of luck and how he did all the tricks to find out is such an incredible way of searching a needle in the haystack. Hong Kong is just a small city with millions of people. How many Wong Ka Yan in Hong Kong? How many Wong Ka Yan in China?

 When suddenly BEEF is affordable at the local supermarket then beef is the choice for our supper. Beef steak on the pan and for whatever reason somebody has deleted it. Wow! My computer is really run by a hacker that I don't know. What the hell!  Why? Don't tell me somebody, an impostor is using my blog for his or her own benefit?

What else could be that hacker-impostor wants from me?

Sorry, you cannot stop me from blogging whoever you are! This situation is somewhat very creepy already.  

It seems that the hacker-impostor only wants something that favors him or her. I wonder is he a she or he? Trans maybe? So weird.

The question of PHOTO TIME STAMP? Right, you have programmable time stamp in your digital camera. It's up to the owner of such digital camera to use it or not. Here is the conflict: It is your photos in the digital camera and were transferred, download to your photo folder in your computer, however when you upload it in your blogs and on Facebook or any other social media network, those photos suddenly been stamped with the website's timeline. When you upload or download your photos back to your own file folder in your computer the time stamp or photo stamp or fingerprint suddenly has a different code. It's been shared that's why.  It's your photo why the website of social media had it for what? Whatever. Who cares right? 

GOOGLE any image you want and the search engine gives you all the millions to billions of images. Some are free, some are copyrighted. Courtesy given to those owners of photo images. But be thankful to GOOGLE for having enough TB spaces for the accommodation of anything valuable for us to peruse and view and search and research. 

GOOGLE is a SEARCH ENGINE. It is the internet LIBRARY. It's FREE. What is not free? You have to pay the INTERNET. You cannot log in to your computer without internet connection. You have to pay electricity.

Spring Is Here!

 It should be sunny and warm for the beginning of Spring. However, it's raining and it is a cloudy day. The weather doesn't know how to think. It is only 6 C at 7:47 AM. Maybe the weather temperature will rise up in the next hours. 

Hey, it is only March 21,  2021. Summer begins in Philippines. End of the School Year. Maybe it is getting cooler in Australia. Don't you like different climate zone in different parts of the world?

Climate change is of course real. Actually everyday the temperature changes. That's why there is a separate channel for weather forecast. The weather channel forecasts a one week climate and weather pattern , changes in temperature, the cloud formation, the height of the ceiling of the atmosphere, how much UV rays and measurement of anything in the sky, including the pollen and precipitations. Meteorologists are knowledgeable in almost atmospheric activities. Weather balloons are sent up in the sky to measure what is to measure up there. They can analyze and predict the arrival of typhoons, storms and hurricanes including the landfall of such calamities. 

On the other hand, geologists and seismologists had special skills on where earthquake will strike and how huge or what scale of quake about to hit and cause tremors in certain designated area because they have specialized gadgets and tech-know-how. Recently, news about earthquake had struck off the coast of Japan. Japan is a country with too many volcanoes and most of them are active not extinct. Here's one sign that there is an active volcano in your country, a hot spring! Do you have hot spring resort in your country? 

I remember in 1992, when I first arrived here in Vancouver island, somewhere along "that area" was a hot spring. There was once a hot spring here but suddenly it is nowhere to be found. It 's gone! How that happened? It was kind of weird. Maybe it vanished and was transformed into cold spring. The island is now becoming a hot spot for tourists and instead of population decrease, the population is increasing. It is a small island why should humans congregate in this island? Pulp mills and saw mills are  shutdown and gone. There is nothing huge of an industry but the population is increasing and might suffocate the economic condition of this very small island. It can and will somehow. Supposedly the pandemic should decrease the population but the pandemic has catapulted to the increase of the population and had drastically cause the housing and realty to a surprising rocket sky-high and next thing you know nobody can afford the high standard of living. But you know, if the developers whoever they are might want to build the New Hollywood here at the island. Yup, build your next NASA station here too, the more rockets being built here would eventually create revenues. Call Elon Musk and call JFK too. Do you like the reincarnation of JFK Jr. & Roosevelt?

Saint Patrick's Day is more celebrated by most people not just by the Irish of Ireland. Be prepared to wear anything of green color. However, due to the pandemic whether you like it or not the celebration wont be happening or you can celebrate within your own small circle or small bubble.

The photo above reminds me of  the Spiderman actor Tom Holland. Hey, that guy has a new movie, seen the trailer of CHERRY. He wont be the Spiderman hero that you know for he will be in a war movie in his dramatic vehicle to the "crying game." No bridge is too far. Last night's dinner meal. Rice + Steamed green peas + Pork saute' with green beans + Scrambled eggs with zucchini + Beef/Shrimps/Pork Stroganoff + Malaysian Chicken wings.

Today, might cook fried rice with sausages, veggies and shrimps. 

Dinner: roast chicken, steamed potatoes, corn kernels, rice, bokchoy with oyster's sauce. 

What to watch for tonight? The GOOD DOCTOR starring Freddie Highmore (Dr. Shaun Murphy) got the shock of his life when Leah surprised him that she is pregnant.  Wow! the autistic savant doctor will become a daddy?

Persevere. perseverance.

 I seldom get out of the house, I should be happier because millions of people are stuck inside their own homes too. But you know what? I like when those people get out of their homes. lol. Yeah, while I stayed at my own home. They cannot imitate me or copy what am doing.

Sunday today, wet and cold outside and it is raining. The downpour could melt your heart and cool your cucumber heads.

Life goes on once again. Le us practice the normal way of life not because the dictates of the liars get in the way. It is much better to have war actually than live to the pandemic of lies. Flu that can be medicated and cured by taking Tylenol becomes pandemic? OA, Over Acting! Bigyan nyo na ng mga awards yang mga OA na yan. Please CENSUS, provide the statistics of the population before  2019 & 2020 the pandemic and the census for this year 2021. I know it's the same cyclical effect of the 1975-1976 era. The population explosion explodes at the staggering, rocket sky high and the trick is the exploration to the other planets.

Truth Matters

 Changing the course of history. WTH & WTF! Can you replace and change history of the past? I don't think so. Just because tribes of ________ made a crucial mistake and now asking for forgiveness and they want everything to be forgiven, forget what happened and then change history? Are you insane?

First, you cannot put back to life the millions of people who died from the Holocaust. Death by hundred millions of people. People! Humans! Bloody death. 

Forgive and forget is only for movies but in reality you really cannot change time nor replace what have been stolen, what transpired, what caused the holocaust and make this clear that HISTORY IS ABOUT THE TRUTH.

The making of HISTORY is about the TRUTH. Who the hell will lie, deceive and make fantasy out of reality in creating history.

Nobody's crazy yet or everyone is too crazy to admit. Nobody is having fun with illusion and hallucination. Unless of course those who receive kickbacks.

Historians...you cannot pay them for the unfolding of the truth  of reporting and researching facts after facts. They will dig deeper. They have archaeologists who will spend their whole life in the preservation of truth no matter what. You wont be able to fool all the nations, all the people whose lives were intertwined and so many of them have sacrifices and burden you wont believe or ever imagine. There's no use writing falsehoods, lies, deceptions and all mambo jambo in the creation of HISTORY OF THE PAST and the current news that will carry humanities to the future and beyond.

To think that I am reluctant to even write this pandemic as a true account of what history unfolds for the year 2020-2021 because it feels like an imitation of the Influenza of 1918-1919 which brought an opening to the World War II.
