Still dark at about 6 am at 12 degrees Celsius. It seems that we 'll have early AUTUMN this year. It gets so cold in the morning and early evenings and what so good about it? No more wildfires! Don't we all hate wildfires? We all can breathe easy and freely with much gusto.
The month of August is sunflowers blossom month. An abundance of sunflowers bloom radiantly on this month as far as I remember when I planted hundreds of sunflowers at the backyard. I know it would be awesome if it is in thousands of sunflowers almost like a plantation just like what you are seeing on photographs or at the real sunflower plantation at the mainland Vancouver.
At least I have about hundreds of sunflower photographs in my picture folder: Year 2019 & Year 2020.

By the way never smell a flower or have your noses on flower all kinds of flowers even the roses. They have very tiny bugs and tiny worms in it. Some bugs and worms are almost microscopic just like worms on USA lettuce. Some worms are baby caterpillars and you know that caterpillars can turn themselves into beautiful butterflies. To find that out you can use magnifying lens. Why not microscope? Its because using microscope its the stomata you can see with your naked eyes.

Too big of a sunflower disc? I waited for some sunflowers to mature until all the petals are gone to find out what the disc would looked like. It's 16" in diameter! The size of my kitchen steel wok.
The good thing about having a floral garden is you can experiment. Curiosity is what makes life worth living.
FREE YOUR MIND THE REST WILL FOLLOW. Today is SUNDAY! Do you still go to Church? I hope you attend mass at the local parish Church especially if your kids are still young. It is better for their young minds to accept spirituality and listen about the gospel not when they are older. Being Catholic, will open your hearts and minds to many verses, Holy scriptures and memorization of so many prayers such as the LORD'S PRAYER, HAIL MAIRY, and the prayers for the NOVENA (ROSARY). For the novice, it is okay to read it from the book or pamphlet. Nobody can stop you from having to look at the book of prayers.
Not too many religious people anymore. Some of the old people they still are very Catholic and very religious. Canada is not a very religious country as I noticed compared to Philippines and other Asian countries. The largest population of Catholics are in the Philippines. Uhm, maybe Spain is still very religious. UK or the British they are religious. The Royal Family from being Catholic to Christians they are very religious they attend Sunday service.
AT THE VATICAN, Sunday service is always a priority and it is always open for the public and tourists usually pay a visit to the most sacred Church of Saint Peter.
What we gain from being religious? It opens more doors to Christianity and cooperation among people of all diversity for equality, for peace towards progress. People become knowledgeable in dealing with adversity, fellowship, hardship and expectation.
When your faith is stronger you can defy almost everything. Easier than done? Well that's up to everyone's opinion. SO DEFY IT.
I was asked to use my MIND. LOL. Really? Are you sure? That is so funny! OMG! I couldn't help laugh and tears on my cheeks when I heard about it. She's that ridiculous OMG! Nope, not sarcastic at all. True I haven't used my blog THE CONSCIOUS MIND for so many years except for Calendar of Events. Reason for this... too busy!
A lot of things going on for sure.
I just can't set aside my hobby when it comes to fine arts. At least able to get rid of sewing and other crafts. Witchcraft? NO way! I know Halloween sooner than later and of course weather should have to go with the flow. Halloween is when everything feels right as in spooky and the environment feels like hallow for Hallow's Eve atmosphere. We might have early Autumn you know. Don't you like it?
BACK TO SCHOOL SOON. Only 3 weeks to go and all the kids in your neighborhood will return to schools and universities. We have a neighbor whose daughter will return to UBC and another son of his will be in the seminary. Wow! That's awesome! He wants to be a preacher!! That is so great for their family actually. To be a preacher is such a great responsibility.
While my son still in the mainland being busy at work, no time to come back home. Too far away. Wishing we also live in the mainland but living over there in such a busy, congested city where population is larger than here at the island. It is quite peaceful here actually, no bustling sound of Skytrain, no traffic congested roads and highways and less pollution. We are closer to the view of the sea, river and lakes including the forest.
I lived in the Philippines before coming to Canada I know how noisy to live in the big city of Manila with millions of people in population. The weather is always hot. You take a cold shower in just few minutes you are sweating already. Humidity is high. Although the weather temperature is hotter in Philippines everybody still can smile and be happy with the inconveniences. The good thing is too many parks and large malls where you can roam, browse, walk in an air conditioned facility. Some parks are inside the large malls too. Some people would rather shop at night when the heat of the sun wont bother them. While here, don't know where those people shop because not too many people shop in person in Canada because of the convenience of online shops such as Amazon, Shopify, Temu, Shein, etc. etc. I don't like shopping online. I like to see for myself what I have to buy. I have to see, feel, touch or smell what I'm buying.
Each one of us has a choice. You can use your head and brain. No problem with me. If you think I am so frank, chatty or pointy about your mistake? Pointing at somebody who is a female. Don't want to reveal the name sorry. Learn from it. And why I blog my life? EVERYBODY BLOGS NOW. Others are doing it in their own method or strategy as in being talkative. While WE BLOGGERS we blog about it. We write not talk. The others tried to hide their own faulty miserable life because they have to and I can understand that. They have secrets and they tried to hide them. Is that fair? Oh, I'm sarcastic? You are more sarcastic! LOL. It is just fair. Follow the golden rule.
DO UNTO OTHERS AS YOU DON'T WANT OTHERS DO UNTO YOU.
AUGUST the 8th month of the Calendar Year 2026. The spectacular month of August is the preparation to Autumn Season. As you probably noticed the changing weather pattern, as it cools down early morning and evening. That's all what we need anyway because our summer season's been so hot and had caused so many thousands of wildfires from Ontario to British Columbia, recently wildfires in Spain, France and Suffolk, UK. Yes, inconvenient truth is for real as the global warming in effect.
