From this tree to this Christmas tree...then our present Christmas tree 2024.
It's our fresh bougainvillea & banana tree (plant - the 3rd regeneration) with Christmas decors. That will do for such frugal, being thrifty, innovative way to celebrate the spirit of Christmas.
Adorn the curtains too with Christmas balls, beads and snowflakes. Then realized that's so simple and boring.
Eureka!! It is what it is.
No chimney to hang the Christmas stockings but we have a curtain to hang them with.
I know everybody's too busy nowadays some of you are busy preparing sumptous pastries and delicacies and the others are busy shopping for gifts, foods to prepare and cook for the Holidays.
DECEMBER the 12th month of the year. The most remarkable, precious and the most important month of the calendar years because JESUS the Son of God was born on this very special month, JESUS the Saviour, the Redeemer, the Evangelist, the TRUTH & THE LIFE.
It was after Thanksgiving Day in Canada when all of a sudden almost every homes in Canada had Christmas decor outside. Christmas lights and all the bling bling, inflatables of Snowmen, Santa, elves, sleigh, reindeers including the famous Grinch.
Other homes had their Christmas trees the artificial ones adorned and lighted, visible through their glass windows. That's one thing to be happy about with artificial trees instead of buying fresh douglas fir. It could take only 3 weeks for a real tree looking fresh inside the house even if you have the tree soaked on watered base.
For us here... we haven't adorn our home yet of any Christmas decorations whatsoever. We're Christian, we are Catholics, but that's who we are. It's not that we have a festive demeanor or the spirit of Christmas when it comes to decor but because my family believe in good food at the table on Christmas Day and family togetherness. Of course its different with every family. So many families have their own drama, full of entertainment happenings and some families are so boring. Love your own family in whatever they can contribute to the special holidays of December whether in material gifts, emotional cheers and or emotional intelligence. For the dramatic and war-like "politicians" in your family or clan better stay away from them. lol
What Christmas decorations for when you don't have food on the table? I know had seen some before and I wonder what's the secret? Are they hoarding? Ha ha! J/K
Besides, those Christmas lights would be high hydro bills in January. Anyway, so many of them can afford and no worries whatsoever. Maybe they are friends with the HYDRO.
Anyway, everyone has their own opinion and they have their own way of celebrating Christmas.

Truth is there's more pollen during autumn season because it gets windy and leaves are falling one by one and airborne mites and other unknown origins tiny microscopic comes floating in the air through the winds.
There are storms, typhoons and hurricanes during autumn season.
You don't know what is being carried away and swept away through the streams of water.
Maybe it is during winter when the snow is on the ground and snow covered forest and vegetation... that's the only chance that pollen is out of sight.
TODAY, marks the one year anniversary of the tragic event, the bloody massacre of innocent civilians and young female guards/gatekeepers in Israel. Young and old people of all ages... what have they done to deserve horrendous, horrible death from the bloody evil hands of the terrorist group Hamas? What on Earth they had done and committed evil acts of unspeakable murders of children, families and some were brutally assaulted and raped. Not enough? Hundreds of them were abducted and taken hostage.
The terrorists haven't return the rest of the Jewish people whom they abducted. It's one year!
Would you believe it's already October? How time flies and it's almost at the speed of light. I just couldn't believe it. How many more days to Christmas? 83 more days?
How are we to celebrate so many of the Holidays with a big bang? I know it's hard, too difficult with all the conflict of what had happened in the past that resulted with the on-going wars after wars.

Those suspicious, very suspicious wildfires? Hmm... Lightning's not the cause of those wildfires.
Remember what Carl Sagan of SETI has said long time ago about "aliens?"
Well the signals usually in the form of fires within that area of suspicion. While the native Indians could only send smoke signals.

So many multiple happenings going on TV & the internet. lol. OMG! Do I have happenings here at home other than housework? There are no gossiping or rumor-mongering here in my community. To each of his or her own. It's more like people here are busy with their work outside their own comfort zone. The retirees mind their own business. High cost of living still a problematic issue.
It's only through the TV that we heard of what's happening in other cities and provinces of Canada. As usual, wildfires are becoming very common now in Canada as if no more surprises and the latest victims of wildfires are from Jasper, Alberta. Loss of livelihood causing so many Canadians to seek help and support from the government.
To tell you the truth, I don't know how those wildfires can be controlled when in the news recently... wildfires can last up to 3 days! Unbelievable right? What is unbelievable was the wildfires in Ft. McMurray that lasted more than a month. Horrible as in que horror as in inferno on Earth!
While those Canadians battling wildfires, floods had its fury in the Philippines. Manila the site of the flash flood turning highways and city streets with filthy flood waters from sewer, drainage and Pasig River and where water flows had those people swimming? Hey, look at those French swimming on River Seine.
Despite of the many hindrances such as the soccer scandal and the railway train attack ? There's no stopping this Olympic Games that was planned for about 4 years where Olympic athletes had been morally upright, disciplined to practice with much effort to bring perfection to the game of their choice.
Denying them to play their sports... is just plain cruel and wicked.
Yesterday was the Opening Ceremony of the 2024 OLYMPIC GAMES in PARIS, FRANCE. It's been hundred years since then that they had the Olympic Games and the expectation was grandiose, magical, splendid, spectacular. CITY OF LIGHTS!

What billions of dollars can do eh? It was an incorporation of greatest athletes, artists, performers, highly skilled stuntmen and the highlights are undeniably big surprise, mesmerizing drama, suspense and mystery. Big stars such as Lady Gaga & Celine Dion has added sophistication and elegance to the magically inspired knight in shining armour riding a horse to represent the official flag of the IOC or International Olympic Committee.
Ostentatious opulent ceremony that opens a great array of the lavish lifestyle of the French with their flair for drama and passion and fashion. The passing of torch from different Olympic athletes from different countries... hmm... supposedly for the French only because the host country is France but they include International athletes to pass the torch... so this is based on inclusion as a theme, including solidarity, peace, unity and gender equality.

Yesterday, the Prime Minister of Israel Benjamin Netanyahu was a special guest speaker in Washington's. Did you listen to PM Netanyahu's speech? He is as fluent in English just like most Americans. Why not eh? He is a highly intellectual man, graduate of MIT & Harvard University. He is smart, knowledgeable in every aspect, in every subject: politics, economics, philosophy and theology. He is almost American in the way he speaks, moves and his intelligence is something you cannot deny him that he knows what he is talking about. He knows more than what you know. He should be the President of the United States of America.
Being an Israeli leader for so many years... he is still sharp in his prime age. He seems not aging while his colleagues had aged such as former Pres. Bush of USA, former PM Harper of Canada, Pres. Putin, and the rest of them had been out in circulation, PM Netanyahu still strong and looked healthy.
That's right, ISRAEL is the LAND THAT BELONGS TO ABRAHAM, JACOB & ISAAC.. their ancestors. Would you like to include MOSES & JESUS? They have proof and evidence, THE HOLY BIBLE. Israel belongs to the Jewish people. Blood will flow if the Holy land will be taken away by the terrorists. Armageddon the last and final battle of Good & Evil.

Getting cooler? From 33 Celsius yesterday, to 29 C today and this afternoon is only 21 Celsius. Wow! Truly, truly springtime? Ha ha ha! It is back to Spring-er!!!!!!!!!!
Let's have SPRINGROLLS then. What is so great about springrolls? It is not only the best snacks but it is the best appetizer! Springrolls are actually originally named LUMPIANG SHANGHAI.
The spring rolls originated in Shanghai, China and then brought to Philippines through their ancient Chinese-Filipino families to share with and served in their Filipino-Chinese cuisines. As you probably know that the Filipinos kind of foods are mostly Chinese foods enhanced and mixed with Spanish foods because of the mixed racial marriages. It is customary to mix foods as in customary to bind two races in this mixed culture and heritage.
INGREDIENTS: chopped garlic and onions, ground pork, chopped shrimps, salt & ground black pepper, shredded carrots, chopped celery, chopped cilantro, 2 eggs.
Double Happiness wrappers.
Mix all ingredients in a big bowl. Add the beaten eggs and mix it into the ingredients.
Place 2 tbsp of mixed ingredients as stuffing into one wrapper and roll it. Fasten the edge with flour paste.
READY your big wok on hot stove with Canola oil ( about 2 cups of oil) for deep frying.
When springrolls turned golden brown it's ready and it's cooked.
Craving for eggrolls? Eggrolls the most delicious snacks in the Philippines especially if you have the most important stuffing in them.
INGREDIENTS: Garlic, onions, ground pork, ground shrimps, ground black pepper, salt, soy, fresh beansprout, sliced thin carrots, shredded cabbage, sliced thin spring onions and cilantro.
Saute' and stir all the above ingredients on cooking oil until its cooked in your big wok. Drain it once its cooked. Cool down the cooked ingredients or stuffing in a bowl.
Paste - mixture of one cup flour and water to be used as flour paste to keep the eggroll in good shape.
Ready your eggroll wrappers (Double Happiness package- 50 pcs/pkg). Make sure the stuffing is already cold enough to wrap. Fasten the end wrap with paste.
Deep fried eggrolls in your clean big wok on hot boiling cooking oil on your hot stove of course.
Canola oil is the best cooking oil to use for deep frying.

How to change the life of a Matrix?
WAKE UP. It is not about colors and it's not about numbers.
Craving for SINIGANG? The best Filipino soup with the most incredible tamarind sour broth to life and the most favourite soup in the Philippines. Hmm.. so yummy!
INGREDIENTS: 1 Kilo of lean ground pork, sliced onions, sliced tomatoes, potatoes, string beans, bokchoy, eggplant, bittermelon, ground black pepper, salt, Knorr tamarind soup base.
Potatoes, eggplant and bittermelon optional. Prawns can also be added but that too is optional.
Ready your big stainless pot on high heat hot stove with at least 8 cups of water in the pot and boil the cut lean pork until its cooked and soft. Add the cut onions and sliced tomatoes. Sprinkle salt and ground black peppers. Add 6 pcs of cut in half potatoes first let the potatoes cooked first then add cut vegetables next. Once all the veggies are cooked, then pour in the 1 pkg Knorr tamarind soup base, stir well for a minute until the broth has mixed entirely with the soup. SERVE HOT!
KNORR TAMARIND SOUP BASE is available in every Supermarket in Canada: Superstore, Walmart, and Filipino-Asian Stores.
PANCIT - The Philippine's most sought after viand in every special occasion such as birthdays, fiesta, nuptial, baptism, anniversaries, on engagement, parties, but for me I just love pancit that's why I love to cook pancit most of the time. Walang kasawa- sawa! lol
Then somehow there are friends from other countries who love pancit the first time they tasted it and they asked me for a recipe. I told them it's easy to cook it without recipe. I mean just saute' the ingredients and stir fry the noodles with all the meat and veggies ingredients. I think somehow they want a complete, comprehensive direction of such because they tried to cook chow mein but it is not equal to what they tasted.
Do I really have to tell them the secret of what Pancit or Filipino chow mein should be?
Preparation: All meat and shrimps should be washed and cleaned including cabbage and carrots
INGREDIENTS:
Canola cooking oil - 1/4 cup
Crushed or minced garlic - 2 tbsp
Sliced thin whole onion
Sliced thin pork - 3 cups
Sliced thin chicken strips - 3 cups
Small shrimps - 16 -20 pcs
Salt, soy sauce, ground black pepper
Chicken broth 4 tbsp mixed in 3-4 cups of lukewarm water
Cabbage - cut in 1"x 1" size
Carrots cut thinly in strips
Chopped cilantro or spring onions
Farkay noodles Or Rice Vermicelli (soak them first on hot boiling water and then drain)
DIRECTION:
1. Get ready with your big stainless wok on hot, hot stove. Pour the cooking oil.
2. Once the oil is sizzling hot, drop the garlic, onions and stir, add the meat and saute' cooked them until golden brown, add shrimps, salt, ground pepper, then soy sauce to taste.
3. Pour the chicken broth and let it boil then have the carrots and cabbage. Do not over cook the veggies. Just for five minutes and set aside all the ingredients to a big bowl.
4. The broth still boiling in the wok... drop the Farkay noodles or rice vermicelli on the wok on that chicken broth. Mix and stir until cooked then mix all the ingredients. Garnish with cilantro and spring onions. SERVE HOT.
NOTE: There are many ways, method and technique in cooking pancit. You can have alternatives in using different kinds of noodles: Farkay, Bihon, Thai Rice Vermicelli, Pancit Canton, Ramen Noodles. You can use different types of Meat: Pork, Chicken, Beef or Seafood: Shrimps, Crabs, Scallops, Squids, and choice of Veggies: Cabbage, Carrots, Green Peas, Brocolli, Green Beans, Bokchoy.
NOTE: Can be costly of a viand because of numerous amounts of ingredients from meat, seafoods and vegetables. RESULT: Absolutely delicious!
MUNGGO is one of the most sought-after viand here at home. My family loves munggo it makes them eat more with steamed rice.
As usual, the best original guinisang munggo viand is with slices of bittermelon.
and ginger.
It would be nice if there are ampalaya leaves and its tendrils but the supermarket don't sell bittermelon leaves.
Medicinal effects of Bittermelon & Ginger: Lowers blood pressure and anti-inflammation.
Ingredients for munggo: Canola cooking oil, garlic, onions, slices of pork, shrimps,slices of ginger, salt & ground black pepper, soy sauce, munggo beans (2 cups )(boiled on hot, hot water first until cooked), 2 cups of lukewarm water with chicken broth, sliced bittermelons, or you can use spinach and cilantro if there's no bittermelon available.
Direction for cooking: Saute' all ingredients in your wok until cooked and then add broth to a boil and add the munggo and bittermelon. Watch what you are cooking not to dry up the munggo soup.

We are living in this new generation where radioactivity and RFI abound or in multitudes. You have cellphones, microwaves, computers, laptops, machines and gadgets with waves.
We are somehow cooking and eating foods with radio active because the raw foods although edible where farmed and cultivated in certain demographic area or agricultural lands with "radioactivity?" Who knows where your potatoes and wheat came from? is it from war torn countries??????? WORSE is you are using cellphones and there are more radiation in using cellphones. Hey you can laugh at this you know. (( Did you know that after World War II, after the bombing in Japan? The Japanese IQ had increased. Wow!! That's what "atomic matters" can do to you!!)) I had just read that from the book. Find that book to make sure when you're in doubt. Weird right?
Raw foods (plants in veggies form) that were cultivated in highly maintenance fertilizer infused inorganic foods. Look at those giant pumpkins... you know that they are highly fertilized pumpkins that you should not eat them. It can cause inflammation. Beverages advertised as high energy drinks are bad for you. I know "organic foods" are costly.
Too many radio active carbons in the air, water, in the environment where we live.
Wonder why young kids have cancer and young kids whose blood pressure are higher than older people.
The stress and pressure are higher in younger adults than most seniors.
It is not about paranoia but because all of these messages were actually been warned to us by GREENPEACE before the Millennium and nobody's listening.
Always check your blood pressure at home. Always have your Blood Pressure (battery operated) monitoring device handy. BP monitor - electric device with RFI is not accurate because of the fluctuating current from AC to DC.

As you probably know that wildfires are common during summer days (season) not that Canadians must avoid campfires unattended nor barbecuing outside should be watched carefully.
Maybe campfire and barbecuing is safer along the beach, river and lakes or where the place is surrounded by water.
Now wonder about fireworks for the First of July 2024.
Fluvial fireworks the safest. Fireworks on land is not.
JUNE 2024. What's in store for June? Would it be the best month of the year climate wise? Or June is the beginning of a wonderful Summer?
