It's impossible to find the best gift and the right present for such a very extra-ordinary young man whose taste and choice is almost out of this world, that's why we're giving you this "space ship" to help you explore space, the solar system and the galaxies far and beyond.
Oopsi...Mommy's just kidding. I have this awesome amazing sense of humor that is above planet Earth. Excuse me, por favor! I have to find another planet.
Twenty years ago, at age thirty Mommy had that very delicate and complicated labor of love. The pregnancy was already complicated from the very start although have to choose what I believe in that PRO LIFE is the best choice.
My husband and I got married on October 5, 1991 ( the same wedding date for my In-Laws: My husband's parents). Marriage, wedding and family planning is a great priority. My first pregnancy is a real story of moving forward. Heart-wrenching dramatic episode although it is a real life story. Nothing's fake here! It's all real! It's not a movie. I wish it's a movie. I like movies.
It was a very long movie if ever. lol
It was not my due date yet but I was rushed to the hospital by my best friend Iris because I was already bleeding. I was scared and teary eyed. I was frightened because my placenta is bigger than normal. According to the gynecologist I had placenta previa and he cannot administer anaesthesia during the labor process. I felt all the pain although I kept myself calm and the labor seems effortless. That's what they think. I was calm and keep on praying silently. I have my loved ones beside me. My husband came rushing all the way from another part of B.C. I have frequent doctors and nurses visiting my room to check on this very long process. Sweat, tears, vomiting, pain and so much pain I cannot understand that kind of pain. It's my first pregnancy. My first labor. I feel like dying. I felt dizzy and sleepy but I keep my eyes wide open. I have to see my baby.
Finally at about 11:20 pm on the third of August 1993, the final push, mighty push my baby has arrived 1 1/2 months earlier into our beautiful world and have seen the light. My doctor had shown me my baby, my very cute baby, weighing 4 lbs. and 11 oz.
Due to exhaustion and a lot of pain I passed out. I woke up on the hospital bed, my husband Lorne carrying our baby on his arms and the two nurses attending to me.
It was an unforgettable memories in the creation of life.
Life is indeed a joyful mystery. I have all the details in my Diary and reading them makes me nostalgic, dreamy and happy.
There is so much to thank God for, gratitude to the Lord our God who created Heaven and Earth, who created us. We thank you for all the blessings of good food and drinks, the bundles of gifts and happiness to share. Happiness is the only wealth we can share to others so that they can also share the same kind of wealth to anybody who wishes about LIFE. The life-giving process is more than enough, it's a gift and more than a blessing. I'm proud to be a Mother.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY MY SON!
