Creatures Great Or Small

 Finally the dark clouds moved away from the sky and now the blue sky is evidently seen.

 OIC ...it's now 16 C instead of 8 C. 

 

It was days ago when I spotted these group of purple pansies outside the yard and there are at least three small birds on the ground. My camera lens only captured one as I adjusted the zoom lens.

 

I hurriedly went outside, slowly not trying to make a noise or else the birds will hear my foot steps and they'll fly right away.

I don't know for sure if those birds are finch or finches whatever they are winged creature of some kind.

By the way, I missed those hummingbirds we left behind somewhere in Colorado. I missed that one tenacious hummingbird that guards the sweet liquid from the hanging bird feeder and the one and only bird that entertain us because who will? Oh, yes those beautiful bright sunflowers and all the bees and yellow jackets add so much fun and bring to life the nature of some "beasts."
