Then according to Dr. James Watson Rick & Rosalind Franklin, each human has complete chromosomes and if there is an exception to the rule they have problems. These scientists also mentioned of the double helix which they discovered.
All humans are different from one another even if they are identical twins.
To make things right each individual must have an ID or Identity Documentation. Some ID's are offered through Government Offices, administration or agency. Other ID's are offered in the place of work, clubs and to where they are associated with.
ID is used to identify the bearer of such ID Card.
IN CANADA there are Primary Documents to reconsider:
BIRTH CERTIFICATE
CITIZENSHIP CARD or Document Certificate
PASSPORT FOR TRAVEL or VISA
DRIVER'S LICENSE
VOTING CARD FOR ELECTION
PERMANENT RESIDENT CARD or PR CARD
LANDED IMMIGRATION CERTIFICATE OR STATUS
BC CARD or BRITISH COLUMBIA CARD
Note: The rights of the CITIZENS OF CANADA is almost the same as the right of PERMANENT RESIDENTS (with exception that they are not allowed to vote and not be allowed for jury duty which of course most Citizens would rather not be called for jury duty).
TRUE GENUINE ID CARD (Cedula) must have: True name, Photo of the bearer, Age, Birthdate, Color of hair, Color of Eyes, Height, Signature of the bearer, Any distinctive marks on face.
Tattoos? Hey why too many people are having tattoos? It feels like you are prisoners! Sorry about that. Long time ago most of those who are allowed to have tattoos are prisoners, those seamen and Navy, then it becomes fad and fashion for artists, showbiz or celebrities, cooks and chef, restaurant workers. Recently they are now common in health care workers. WHY?
