The way to economize birthdays. This is probably the simplest way to celebrate my kids birthday. Year after years they always have the finest things in life. All they could wish for and all that we can afford for to make them happy. But there comes a time when we have to be thrifty.
They didn't seem bother or worried about the small and simple celebration that we had for them. Whatever they wish for before blowing the lights off their special candle is worth thinking. That's right worth thinking after I pricked their birthday cake with fork while I smiled on what I wish for them.
Hmm, what are those fork prints mean? That from now on we'll be having beef for supper? Nah, we usually have beef steak because that's my husband's fave meal.
