Do you think my vision is similar with my children's vision? How can that be? That remains to be seen. Besides it's only year 2008. If its bad vision I always have a way to conquer bad spirits turning them into better vibes. I am a visionary and I rule my own fate no matter what. I have seen it all. Ha! Tutuo ba 'to? Now what is my next move?
I was busy taking pictures lately. Its all about nature. Lush greeneries, evergreen trees, the forest and all the nature trails. Trees that are particularly native to the island: redwood, douglas fir trees, cedar, alder, maple and pine trees. New trees, just about to spring out, old trees that lost its glory. The bark no longer cover its huge trunk. these are trees that were in the forest for over 500 years, 300 to 200 years. How did I know? It's because of their rings. By estimation. Algae and lichens are already growing wildly on its branches. I have seen few trees that were burnt probably hit by lightning. It cannot be a forest fire. Nope not by its appearance.
The greyish colored mountain at the horizon which is gray because of the clouds that surrounds it (far view -far sighted)). It turned blue green colored at the slopes when our boat get closer to it (near view-near sighted). The hills that surround the river, and lakes, the falling and cascading water. The fresh leaves, the needles hanging unto the branches and the dry leaves just clinging through the end until the wind has swept them away and fell apart on the ground. The pine cones on the sand down through the sandy shore, some are scattered along the green grass wet with dew. The tossing of the waves. The whirlpool, the rising tide, the lily pads and their yellow lilies on the oval pool that seems to be comfortably sitting permanently on the floaters. What a wonderful sight to reckon with. Also those bunches of dry branches from trees that were arranged to pile up high as a shelter for the smart beavers to live in. Curious to find out where they at then we heard a tiny cry. Okay that's it we're invading their privacy. Off we go. Fishing over for the time being. Besides two beavers already dive deep down at the bottom of the pond hidden at the lily pad's stalk. Sayang! Di ko nakunan ng picture ang bilis nilang magdive eh. Then I was happy to see such a unique bird with black and blue feathers and white spikes on its head. Uhm what kind of bird that is?

Okayyyy I'm back. Supper is over. Had fresh strawberry milkshakes for dessert. Goodah! So let's continue my story.
On our way back to the camp site, we saw a man rowing his boat. It's a strange kind of boat. It's like two small boats joint together and the boater is at the middle as he paddled through the waves. Isn't that kind of banca common to the Lake Titiaca? We saw some tall wild grass like papyrus stalks? Hmm, weird huh. Still not satisfied with the colors at the horizon. It's cloudy and foggy you know. Darn not sunny. The weather is unfortunately not cooperating at that moment. The sun's always hidden amongst the gray clouds. It doesn't help in my photography. I know my digital camera has a built-in flash and the batteries are still new and I even re-charged the batteries before we go to this retreat.
Well if it's really the weather condition as the culprit then there's nothing I can do. Why I am color conscious? I love colors and it is simply the attraction in every photographs unless of course your model is superbly supremely majestic, enigmatic, or almost God like in nature that only one or two colors are good enough and still is can attract attention.
Besides I am an amateur photographer and photography is just a simple way of having my life a little brighter. I mean part of a leisure hobby to keep me busy. Enjoying my midlife crisis instead of knitting or crocheting. Hehehe! I mean taking pictures is such a delightful fascinating way to turn my life topsy turvy.
I don't know how blogging would be without photographs to merit your purpose. It would be incomplete. Pictures on pertinent blogs are best viewed with colorful pictures that defy the essence of the story you are telling to your audience and readers. It adds additional bubbly lively spirit, the zest for life. The vibrant appearance of the still life pictures whether in the form of painting, drawing, doodles, impressionism, and artworks help alleviate fun and entertainment value to the quality and value of every blogs. It defies the value and self worth of the bloggers. The kind of pictures you posted on each and every page of your blog depict the kind of personality you have unless of course if the main theme or purpose of your blog is more of a reverse psychological approach.
