What Food Can Do To Your Body

When the movie of Johnny Depp's "Alice In Wonderland" I promised my daughter will watch it in the cinema either in Caprice or in Galaxy but we really don't have the chance to see it. I'm glad the movie is now released on DVD and now we can enjoy to watch it on our Playstation. It was on sale for $24.99 in other department store not in the store where we bought it. Darn! I was a bit shocked. I first thought we can avail for the discount. It was worth $30.23 of course including the tax. Hmp! I should have waited for another week and maybe the cost of that DVD would be less than what it should be. However it was my husband who paid it at the till so let it be then.

Thinking that a movie ticket cost $10.00 now at the cinema? Is it ? The last time I went to the moviehouse was 2 years ago and the ticket price is $8.50. Popcorn and pop to go with it? $20.00/person. Uhm...yeah maybe $30 for DVD is worth it. At least the whole family can watch it. Hay naku medyo kuripot talaga ako. Bakit hindi?! Mahirap kitain ang pera 'no? Nobody's rich here in Canada. Doctors, lawyers, businessmen and even politicians never brag about how wealthy they are. Canadians are naturally stingy! Ahahhahah. Correct me if am wrong but we do like freebies here. How cheap eh?

I only go out when there is huge sale. HUGE sale!!!! I was a member of that fabric store and when I received a newsletter from them that they have huge sale of  BUY ONE METER of fabric you get 3 METERS FREE! So I went there to find out and shocking, really shocking to find out that those fabric are actually worth $ 18.00/meter. So even if you bought 4 meters from that roll you wont be dancing that you get a great deal. It's disgusting! What more? Dealing with a store clerk that is grumpy and suspicious? Totally sucks! Good that the Store Manager is real nice because I don't think I will need to go back there even if I have my membership. No way!

You know how much is the textile in Philippines? You wont believe that you can buy P20.00/meter of fabric and their quality is really good. Then you can also haggle or ask for discount.

I know the demand for fabric here is not that much that probably the price is way up too high. For it is really cheaper to buy already made clothes and apparel. Although you cannot choose the fabric that you really like and the style is not to your liking and most of all not all the clothes that are sold in the department store have exact measurement that fits to your body so a need for fixing and alterations is always welcome and that of course is additional expense for the consumer.

Alteration's a fad here because we have so much wheat in our food consumption and bloating is such a normal appearance. The weather doesn't help either that fat is stored most of the time. Exercise in trying to be fit? Maybe the best remedy is not to eat anymore. Hehehe. Just drink water! Water therapy. That's if you can beat your body 's natural system of food intake.

Think of what FOOD can do to your body and way of thinking?

WISDOM is what you get from eating nutritious food but taking junk food has negative impact in the way you think and reasoning. Whatever is good for you is not good for all. Although what makes you happy depends on how you use logic.
