Hay naku panesh talaga ewan ko ba kung saan ko napulot ang colds and runny nose ko. I was doing my housekeeping the other day then also taking out some stuff, boxes of clothes from the closet when suddenly water dripping from my nose. Grabe! That's the start of my ailment, then next I was coughing relentlessly. My tummy hurt so bad from coughing. Then heto yung husband ko to bring the Tylenol flu caplets medyo nagstop yung runny nose ko but the presistent cruel cough bothers me now and then. Nakakainis!

My husband was not feeling good since last Monday. I think over fatigued from helping somebody moved her boyfriend's tons of  "I don't know what really those stuff are." I'd like to ask some more questions but not nosy enough to inquire besides my voice is harsh and my throat itchy. Turned out he had that flu also. I told him that maybe he got it from the home for the aged and he got infected and he brought it at home. Or the woman who asked her help is sick. Whatever is the true story is only them who knows.

I seldom get sick unless the children brought the flu from school. Anyway, this is what happened when the weather changed from summer to fall or winter to spring. The wind and air seemed to cooperate in helping the passage of airborne illness.

So be careful out there you've got to protect yourself. When you sneeze or cough make sure you cover your mouth with tissue. Wash your hands frequently with antibacterial soap and water. Take appropriate medicine for your sickness and if you are in doubt >  ask for prescriptions from your doctor (if the illness get so complicated).
