Gratitude

I don't really know where to put the maple twig. I was thinking I'll have to dry it within or beneath inside the yellow pages book. The same way I had artfully dried some other kind of leaves (oak, aspen, pine, birch, willow, and other simple leaves like maple, pinnate, etc.)

Then I displayed it on the cabinet hanging it to the handle. Would that be perfect for your eyes?

While I was angling it to the camera's lens it never occurred to me at first what would it bring on the other side. On another perspective and what it could be its message.

Hopefully it's a good one and righteous.

We all need to carry a cross I think.

I don't think God can carry all the burden.

It's not all the cabinet who would carry it.

All of us.

What to do next is didn't wait for my hubby to assemble the computer desk. I got a knife and opened the box so that I can start the assembling of this desk. There is an instruction that I can follow and can do it step by step. All screws are numbered and with corresponding letters that correspond to the materials that can be attached by screwing the tubular metal stand with small and big  metal screws for the wooden desk. It's a nice piece of wood. Smooth and varnished. Well polished for perfection. I was halfway of this task when husband arrived and helped me. It's really good when somebody helps to make the work a little easier. Somebody you don't need to pay.

That's right with your own family. It's the family that helps one another without any payment. Just a little piece of gratitude. A simple thank you is enough.

So now my small yet simple and affordable kind of desk is perfect for my computer work. What next is the computer desk  ^ for my daughter. We have to assemble that also. We are using boxes for desk lately and it's time to cheer up with new gifts from Lorne. That too, gift-giving is early and we are thankful.

I am also thankful for the food that we have for dinner. Of course it's turkey the main gourmet food. But I'm just happy with those delicious stuffing inside the turkey and gravy. Plus dessert: creamy mango vanilla cake and fruit salad. This time we decided a simple feast is better than a bigger one as long as we are all together, healthy and happy.

So, here's wishing everyone a HAPPY BLESSED THANKSGIVING DAY!

Cheers! ?
