Thank God we have this FIRST AID KIT available in our home. It is such a handy kit with all the available emergency first aid kit you need. Never not to have it in your boat and your vehicle. You should have them available wherever you go in your car, van, in your boat no matter how small or big your boats are.

 What's inside the kit? Antiseptic for infected wounds or burns. Adhesive, safety tape, safety gloves, gauze, trauma care, elastic bandages for broken bones or for a sudden fall. Bio-hand cleaner and wet wipes with solution.

 All types of bandages. Cotton swabs. Plaster of all kinds. More adhesive brand.

 Wound dressing: Variety of non-woven pads. Pressure bandages. Cotton sponge.

 Instruments: Safety sterilized scissors, tongue depressors, clipper, safety pins,rapid relief cold pack, towelettes, Quick Guide to First Aid Kit and CPR.

I didn't have a fall this time but my leg hurts so bad. I'm not sure what's causing the pain. It's almost like a leg cramp caused by unknown cause. I have a medical book and reading from it,  the pain and symptom is similar to arthritis. I think that's what I inherit from my elders. The elastic band helped relieved the pain from the bone to the ligaments of my leg. When the pain is so severe I cannot sleep through the night that I can stay awake for hours and hours. Well of course pain medication such as tylenol or advil help too but I don't want subjecting myself to too much medication because it has some kind of adverse effect. My father and sister are suffering from such kind of arthritis too. My aunt has the same problem with her leg and according to the doctor she consumed too much pain medication that it no longer of good use that's why she had a surgery. Well, I don't like that happening to me. If I can able to stop the pain through this bandage then it would be okay. Hopefully. Then last night I lost my bandage don't know where it is. Know what? My son had it and I almost screamed of what he did to the bandage. He tied it with lots of knots!!!!! For God sake!!!! He used the bandage as a quipu.

There, when highly skilled students are provoke they tend to be humorous. What goes up must come down. Gravity. I know time is too slow and too many are waiting. What can you do? When you're already at the peak what else you need to do? When you're on top you can be on top if you want to and stay there. Others wont stay up to the top because it's really lonely up there. You'll be alone by yourself. What I'm saying now? Think about it.
