How Long Can You Starve Yourself Without Food?

 Every human being needs to eat good food, edible food and most of all needs to drink water and other beverage for a healthy choice to keep one's body healthy and strong. A strong body has a strong mind or vice versa A strong mind has a strong body.

It's the kind of food that you eat that keeps you stronger than ever. How to discipline yourself from the bad habit of eating non-essential food depends upon you way of thinking.

With many crappy foods out there you'll never know which ones are good for your body.  Which one will make you a super human being?

Tell me where the CODEX and who's got the CODEX? Myth? Why I can identify the genetic code of those masked individuals? Something is wrong? Or something is right with my genetic code?

So many of the food that we eat today for breakfast, lunch, and supper are mostly healthy choice cooked and prepared by your good mother. However, no matter how food are "doctored" meaning putting so much of those spices and other ingredients to flavour such viands helped your children to crave for those type of gourmet food. Helpful even if some ingredients are known to cause allergic reactions. So far it's their mother who is the victim of such spices.

Fair enough? Any kind of viand always is absolutely great with steamed rice. Thank goodness for the invention of rice cooker or else you'll be steaming rice in a steel pot or aluminum kettle wherein you have to be there in front of the stove to make sure the rice doesn't get burn.

 

Once in a while I have to cook meatballs so that there's that plenty of tomato sauce minus spaghetti pasta noodles.

Sure why not we try this potato chips. Pringles chips are not that oily and simply irresistible. Only once a month that we  have to pamper ourselves with snacks such as potato chips, pop corn or any other messy oily snacks. Forget how much pimples or acne we'll have on our face. It's good to be human once again. I can't be  no angel. I cannot be a devil either.

"Don't be evil!" That's the motto given by the Russian mogul founder of Google once said to us I repeat "DON'T BE EVIL." Nobody is a devil or evil  here anyway. Who are the devils there?
