REVISION

You wont believe how many revisions in the making of a masterpiece. A painter always is a thinker. A painter never paint just because that person wants to or it sets her mood. A painter is a thinker and a planner. Otherwise nothing works perfectly or the work becomes a rubbish. Then it's always been a game change or it's always a temporary basis and there is no permanence. Painting and drawing is
like writing; there is constant revision and editing.
 

 

I will show you an example of that ever-changing process. Let say the environment is already perfect. The nature or natural resources in such location is almost perfect. However as time goes by there is that realization that perfection is not a bliss. There is something missing. If there is something missing, something is not right. How to make a happy picture beyond that scenery is you have that ambience of perfection either you add colors, design and style or add something to that natural habitat that will make it great to a thinking mind. Do you think color adds happiness? Do you think the population make it colorful to see what nature ought to be? A sense of calm, serenity is an unhappy sight to see? Or the more happy people to see in a given environment is a lot better accepting the fact that a beautiful place is not only the natural beauty of Mother Nature but because there are inter-action of people? There are people living and alive living and cooperating in a very harmonious panoramic view.


　

　

　

It seems to good to be true however over- population is like a disease that can damage the Mother Earth.

Last night as I watched an old movie about people living in a remote location and people have work, they worked on menial job that pays them wages in cash but they live in a filthy environment. There are group of opportunists, villains and people with good character but only few of them. Few good men against unscrupulous villains and criminals. Nobody seems to care about the dirty surrounding. Nobody cleans the place and the houses and roads are dilapidated. Do they have eyes to see and sense of smell, any other good senses  to make the surrounding a better place? It was an unhappy place where no one dare to even smile and the people looked so sick and demented. Nobody cares about what kind of place they are in. I hate to tell you what country that was featured in that movie. It's a shame that the people are too lazy to sweep clean their houses or brush the moldy walls and floors. That's the embarrassing site of poverty. In the Philippines, when I was young as I remember there are so many nipa huts were poor Filipinos lived and yet their houses are cleaned and organized. Even schools are models of exemplary cleanliness and order. Children are asked to help their parents to keep their homes clean and their village even cleaner. School children helped in cleaning the roads and streets. Well, that was the time period of cleanliness and beautification project of the Marcos family has installed for the Filipinos. It was a time of Martial Law when children are taught respect, cooperation, discipline, citizenship, loyalty to one's country, and all the many good characteristic a child should learn. Character Education was a subject that teaches proper good conduct to mould children about righteousness. The whole community becomes a community of integrated basic learning. Hopefully those students at present time, in this new generation are learning something. Studying is good but learning is better. Applying life skills at your own pace and time and doing it the right way is a great achievement. That an individual has the right to do something good even if the law doesn't dictate to do it. You have a mind of your own to do what is right and conscientious.  If what I'm stating right now doesn't make sense to you then wait till you have your own kids and you'll find out that you made a grave mistake for not listening to your parents' advice. Don't let your community be compared to that longest mini-television series of walking zombies because the rest of the world shut their mouth, shut their eyes and shut their nose. I wish that  antibiotic still works so that those infected wont be able to infect others. I hope that there is super-antibiotic that will cure disease and ailments including cancer.

I did my best and if my best is not good enough...then it's not my problem but yours. Parents are like radios broadcasting an everyday news. Parents are like TV's showing what you can learn and what you should see or not watch. It has parental guidance and warning. Once you become a parent you'll be a radio and a TV non-stop with broadcast NEWS. Parents love to talk of what is good for you. I know its very annoying. You'll be very annoying too... one day. Maybe you WILL BE VERY, VERY ANNOYING and your kids will just run away and wont come back.

I didn't run away. I have great parents. I have the most awesome parents in the world and I'm happy with whoever they are. I LOVE MY PARENTS who are the best model of parenting. I wish Canada is Philippines. They should merge. Canada should marry Philippines, ahahhahaha! Oh, did you know that Queen Elizabeth I once considered Philippines as her HOME? Sure it was once her conquest.

For now the only work that works is ARTWORK!
