After fixing and painting the boat the Father and Son went to the golf course to practice at the driving range while I prepared a special meal for us. It was past 5 pm realizing the marinated beef and shish kebabs are waiting for me to have them grill on our BBQ. Tossed green salad with the usual sauce and dressing of our choice, grilled potato wedges, potato salad, steamed rice and the hearty dinner is made.
