What Your Curtain Means?

I'm getting bored about the curtain in my house. It's too dull and boring. Sometimes I would like to change it as often as I want to just like the way I changed my curtains in my previous house. In my first house I hvae different curtain to choose from, different colors, design and print. Those were the days when I have so much money. I mean we can afford. I can afford to buy everything I need. Those were the times when I was all by myself inside the house. Having a family is different now. First thing first. The basic needs first and foremost. Anything not important is cut off from the budget. That I have to understand.

Since I have the "curtain" as a topic for today > Sunday. I'd like to reminisce the day when my aunty asked me to join her in HongKong. My first response was NO. I don't like. I don't want to go there. She asked me why? That time when all I can see in the news about negativity it's the farthest place I will go and visit I told my aunt. However due to my curiousity I end up going there and try my luck. I was amazed of how beautiful Hong Kong is. I was beyond shock. What we are seeing or watching on our televisions and movies are really not true. I mean we are bombarded by negative news and views about China on how old and ancient it is. How these Chinese people live in poverty according to old rotten news and to be amazed of how progressive their country and how Chinese strict education has helped them be "the cradle of civilization is beyond compare." I was magnetized. They do have the curtain. The iron and invisible curtain!

There comes a time when SARS was the number one headline and then here comes Jackie Chan with a commercial ad in HK, " Come to Hong Kong, it will take your breath away!" What a funny way to advertise.

In Canada? What kind of curtain we have? Very transparent? The aurora borealis? The dancing dragon? You can't help wonder that Canada is really a part of China. Can't help it. It was bought by China. I bought Canada and it should be forbidden. LMAO!!

China's vision was actually a vision of the Marcos regime. Too bad there are too many who are blind in the Philippines. Their vision was washed away by envy. They'd rather want Koreans to change Philippines instead. I am too sad about what happened to my country. I am. Blaming "those people" is not enough.
