Have A Nice Day!

We all have to thank that we owned TV set to watch what we can watch. To see things, events, and people who we can watch and rely to when it comes to news. Thanks CBC news for broadcasting important news and events.

The big celebration of Canada's 147th birthday was held at the Parliament Hill in Ottawa. It's always been the right place to celebrate because it's the capital of Canada.

Ottawa. What's the true meaning of the word "Ottawa?" I don't know the true meaning but I can offer you a hint. It could be something funny or happy. Yeah pertaining to "happiness" maybe. Ot tawa.
"Ot" as in Overtime and "tawa" means laughter. Ot could be an oath. Ot as in oats. lol. Ot could be a rye but we already have a WIT.

It could be when Ottawa was named as the capital the Natives had a message to the world that "happiness is finally found."

Then the fireworks spectacular in its splendor amazed the many inhabitants of Canada. Fireworks were originally introduced at the time of Marco Polo during his travel in China and from there brought the magic of fireworks to the mainland.

Governor of Canada: His Excellency GG David Johnston as he delivered his speech.

Canada's birthday is always celebrated with dignity and pride since 1867. In this year's event they added words such as "true North strong and free" and why not add the word "brave?"

The water is safe and drinkable. Thank goodness! Is that a commercial? it's how he deliver his speech. It's not long and it's not short speech but with substance.

Prime Minister of Canada, Honorable Stephen Harper delivered his speech that can make every Canadians open their eyes and ears. Will they open their purse too? Who knows?

In his speech he mentioned Clara Hughes, the Olympian athlete who competed in the Summer Olympic Games (Cycling) and Winter Olympic Games (Speed skating) who is also the spoke person for people with issues on Mental Health.

There's really no need to prolong the issue. It's about why we have to inform them that Canada is a country in the Northern hemisphere and it's because it is above water when it comes to elevation "so high" you can almost touch the sky therefore the way of thinking is too different from those of the people living in another low lying  environment. "Too high here?" It's normal for us to feel the HACE. What is HACE? It's the "High Altitude Cerebral Edema." Common mental experience being experienced by people close to the stratosphere. There could be spinning and there are too many spinners. That's why you have to wear toque most of the time during winter. Wear helmet if you want. Just like babies when they come out in the open from the wombs of their Mothers they all need to wear bonnets. It's okay. We are all too high. It doesn't bother me even if I was not born here. Let those people climb up and experience the CLIMB.

Mental Health is my Psychology 101 subject in College and it deals with the human brain and its purpose of thinking, analyzing and perception. It's about personality and growth. There's nothing wrong with Mental Health. What is wrong is > some individual's attitude is bad and they have  wrong perception about things and behaviour of other people.

Anyway, to the many people with crabby mentality here's my reason why I have to eat crabs.

You think crabs are delicious? You bet they are. For those with allergies need not consume crabs. Okay?

So my husband went fishing together with brother-in law and my son Tyrel. They didn't catch any salmon. There are lots of dogfish but they released them on the ocean. They caught fresh crabs and they are big. They are crawling strong and mighty. There are fresh herring and I love herring so I pan-fried them right away. So great! Fresh fish or any seafood are good when they are truly fresh from the ocean.

Piggin' and nibbling fresh cherries. Philippines has duhat and liputi while Canada's cherries are the best. You know why? It's the gentle sweetness without adding sugar to this fruit because they are naturally sweet succulent fruit. To handpick cherries right directly from its trees you can travel to Okanagan, Vermont and California's orchards.

Take a bite of crabby crabs again and dipped it on soya sauce with spices, chopped tomatoes and onions and minced garlic. Superbly, deliriously  delicious!

Have fun! Hasta la vista. Arrivederci. Sayonara. Aloha. Ciao! babuuuuuuuuuuuuuu!
