Ahahhaha, so crabby eh? Crabs are so special and even more special when they are cooked with rich-creamy coconut milk. I added green beans and spices (sliced of ginger, garlic and onions). My favorite viand. My husband caught ten big healthy crabs from the crab trap when they went crabbing in the ocean. The five extra crabs were given to my sister and brother-in-law.
The rest of the crabs were prepared for crab salad, mushrooms with crab flakes and crab sandwich.
Another viand that keeps me alive. Menudo-curry combination. It's not bad! It taste so delicious. The two viands" crabs and menudo" need a lot of rice consumption.
