My family had a hearty dinner last night not because we are celebrating VALENTINE's DAY. Every meal at my home is always special. I should thank myself for being a cook. I'm not a chef because I'm not French. Chef is french for cook. You just get a small piece of food on your plate and you want to ask for more because a tiny or small spoonful of food is just good enough for babies. Nobody's a baby here at home. lol. You have to eat lots of food to fill your tummy so that you have enough energy to do the work and shovel the snow. So that your hands and arms can carry a shovel or heavy loads. You don't like to be a weakling that cannot lift up a simple cabbage or a bag of potatoes. (( Then maybe they can lift up something else, like rocket, eh?!)) If you cannot even carry a bag of chips what kind of human are you? I know that's not funny. It's a metaphor.

So my blogs can offer that sense of fair judgment unlike at FB where those upstarts and whoever they are who are mostly acquiring some false pretense on themselves. Too much self promotions. Too much commercialism. Maybe they are paid for their ADS. I hope you guys are paid for your too much advertisement so that you can pay Mark Zuckerberg instead of doing graft and corruption there eh? ha ha. j/k.
So, recent news and more annoying info had reached my corner of the internet. I don't really endorse politician especially if that politician defies what I believe in or rather if that person connect with somebody I don't like or connect with sports team that I don't like.
Unlike in the social network where the "upstarts" can oppose whatever you posted and they can rule and make rules against the FB founder too. Wow! WTH! The rumors had it that those whodunit whoever they are are creating chaos on FB. Whatever. Do the same thing. Oppose the opposer. Be fair or get even. I will show you what EVEN.
I happened to watch so many old movies lately. Mostly revivals of the 80's and few of them from late 70's? Have you seen the movie of Bill Murray's MEATBALLS?
Then another old movie "Fast Time At Ridgemont High." Starring Phoebe Cates (Linda), Judge Reinhold (Brad), Sean Penn, Stacy, etc. Weird movie. I think had watched it when I was in College. Of course Stacy's attitude is such a taboo during the 80's. Phoebe Cates (supposedly Phoebe Gates) was very popular that time. I like her, she's that CUTE. This movie was blockbuster SRO in Philippine cinemas. There was a scene that I didn't understand that period of time, not that I was naive or what: Those students at Mr. Hand, had their test papers being sniffed at. What the hell? What's the smell? Only now that I understood why those students failed their tests. ( I was a nerd way back College...sorry).
Another movie worth-watching was the RED DAWN. I watched the first version of that movie before but this new version is better I think. It should be. When foreign soldiers suddenly invaded a small remote town in the U.S. what could happen is something drastic and eventually the remorse to survive and fight for freedom is a sure thing. Imagine those invaders fighting against Americans? OMG! Weird movie but do you think something like that will happen in the U.S.? Unlikely. However, if only the President and his entourage are infiltrated and had become the "puppets" of another foreign country whose weapons of destruction is equal or superior than the other country. It's more like a predator vs alien attack for supremacy.
