Look at what happened in Toronto. How a storm had flooded the city of Toronto is almost abysmal created chaos worth of billions of dollars in damages. Do we need a chaotic storms just to lower heatwave? OMG!
How we can lower the heat from the sun? Provide clouds in the sky. Or a scientific solar umbrella those satellites have to open up in the sky to protect one province from sunlight and heat.
Is that how simple solution but how much? Is that possible?
I remember way back in Philippines, the cloud seeding was used time and again whenever possible. Silver iodides used for such to be dropped on clouds. The positive and negative effects could create rainfall and beneficial to cool down Earth. Is that still applicable in our generation?
But you know what? The ISS could just open its huge umbrella to cover sunlight and or sunrays. It is easier, simple and convenient.
