The father and son went fishing even if they both know it's gonna rain in the afternoon or they thought it wont for you know the weather is sometimes very unpredictable. Anyway off they go with their motor boat, while I was busy sewing for several garments that I want them finished ready before the school year starts which is by September. Not for long. Just few winks and snooze and booze. Oh no! Not me, not a drinker. I could gulp down fresh red or dark blue succulent grapes for dessert if I want to. Grapes are good you know, not just for wines but for leisurely biting and chewing this fruit one by one until I have enough.
Late afternoon when the phone rung and heard Lorne's loud voice in glee that he and our son caught seven sockeyes. Really?!!!! I was amazed. They were out there in the ocean for so many times wanting to catch those precious prized salmon but only to have pink salmons is hands down? Sockeye salmon variety is the best of them all. The taste of sockeye is far better superbly more delicious than any other variety. That we know for sure. There are at least 20 variety of salmon such as coho, pink, steelhead, atlantic, wild, pacific, dog, red, and other species that you wont be able to identify for they have camouflage.
I continued what I was doing then realized it's time to cook something for supper. Pork with taosi garlic bean sauce and steamed rice. Just the ordinary family meal. What happened to the fish? The fishermen just want them canned and the rest of the salmons to be frozen in the new freezer that was bought recently so that all those loads will fit in. New freezer, more economical way to save energy. The old freezer is consuming so much electricity and it's time to get rid of it.
Nothing much to report here unless of course there is something very important to say. I will continue my work as it is. Oh by the way my daughter is wishing to have a new computer or laptop for her own game. Hmm----for the meantime not possible yet to have another machine so my time for this brain machine is lesser and lesser than usual.
