Of All Spices

I don't know what's happening with the rest of the Bloggers blogwriters they seem to be out of circulation for the past few weeks. What's going on? They got tired of writing? Blogging is no longer their agenda? What's keeping them busy? All the while there are few bloggers (3)who I frequently visit they blog three times a day (everyday) on their respective blog site. Maybe that's what it is, those few blog authors are trying to make up the void and boredom. When only few people blogging there are those chosen few who can be the reliever and stand to deliver the message.

I have so many photographs in my album folder where all it needs is to post them one at a time. Then seeing one blog writer who can guess what I'm about to post next is somewhat a telepathy of some kind. Uhm, really? Do you believe in ESP? Can they see what's inside those hidden folder?

Who would like to go to Chile? Chile is the country where all the people love spicy hot food. Chileans and Vietnamese have the same kind of favourites > spicy hot sauce and spicy jalapenos. Combine hot food and hot weather? Weird enough. The weather is really super hot in the past few days and it feels like humidity is unbearable. At night, we have to use two electric fans in our room. When it's hot the weather feels kind of muggy and can you still breathe? As if there is no air. I think the weather should change soon so that we can all breathe freely. We don't need to suffer like this.

I don't know about you but when the weather or temperature is rising that's the time when it's good to eat and drink. Human beings like me indulge in food and beverages. I tend to eat more hot spicy food. So there goes my list of  spices and seasoning for my next culinary experiment.

I'm running out of whole black pepper and can't find it in the supermarket. I'm beginning to think am already blind. Probably they are using them for pepper spray and for fragrances. Black peppers in demand now eh? I couldn't believe that you can use it as a weapon and as a fragrant perfume.
