How To Deal With IT

Wow! I just couldn't believe that I'm still keeping this card from Costco. I was a loyal member since year 1995. My husband and I shopped at this wholesale retail outlet for so many years and the many clerks who stood by this huge corporation tried to keep their reputation according to the standard of good performance of their employees and great quality of their fresh produce and bulk products that are available in great quantity.

When we applied for our membership we didn't frown on its membership fee. It is costly! Why a big company like Costco would ask such huge amount of membership fee when it's free membership to shop anywhere around Canada? Well, exclusively as it follows it's "standardized" procedure of knowing who and what individuals purchase and it could be there is that beyond the point assessment of every customer. That's fine! Who cares? We would like to be members anyway. There's no problem on our part especially on my part.

COSTCO IS A BIG BOX STORE! It's not  Fort Bragg or Pentagon. But it's okay to be a member!

Way back then in 1995, it's okay to smile for the photograph ID. Also you can wear a hat. Nowadays, you have to change your membership ID for a new specified price amounting to $50 to $100 to $150 well, it depends on what level or category you had chosen. In 1995, I had GOLD MEMBERSHIP.

It makes me upset when some employees at Costco are so unskilled. upstart, snotty, and trying to tarnish this wonderful company as a valuable member of the community. You must remember that it's the CUSTOMERS of goods and services who are the most important asset in certain trade and commerce. Without customers there's no trade and there's no commercialization will ever take place. Respect your loyal customers! Remember that you are not the only store on this planet earth!

Kiss your company goodbye if you have customers filing up their lawsuits because of your employees' stupidity. I hate to say that word but you have to train your employees so that they can better stand up to make valuable decision for the company.

By the way this is not a sale's pitch to ongoing DWTS. This is not a sale's pitch to any of your game. This is a sad situation with employee at  Comox Costco. It was a true story of how upset I am with the way that clerk handled our claim.
