Bamboo? Oh I love bamboo! The swaying gently of bamboo as it dances with the wind...quite classic and fascinating. Lovely as the breezy wind like a swiftly gently caress of hundred strings...
Really the greenery site of these lovely giant grass is amazing to the point of an endless reverie lost to its majestic arrays and rows of green sturdy poles. Then seeing those humble bearlike creatures huggable nibbling bits and pieces of bamboo shoots and helplessly questioned yourself why on earth these pandas love bamboos? How those gnawing teeth can able to eat those bamboos? Aren't they so sturdy and tough woodlike piece of meal? Don't they get hurt with its spiky brushy stem and leaves? I couldn't believe how pandas live through such kind of food. It is too confusing for me to comprehend. Have you eaten bamboo yet? Pandas eat raw young bamboo shoot.
I'm no panda but I was lucky enough to cook and eat bamboo shoot. Of course the young bamboo shoot which you have to slice thinly into tiny pieces sauteed with spices:garlic, onions on hot boiling cooking oil then you can add a kilo of minced pork, shredded ginger and pig's blood (clean blood). Add chilis to savour the good flavor. This special menu is great with steamed rice bun called puto.
Chinese love panda for it's a symbol of Chinese filial love and devotion to cute animals. Chinese are fond of the "good image and reputation" as the standard of their goodwill, stability and success when it comes to business. Chinese people are business-minded oriented people who value their business wisely as it compares to their relationship with their family. Close-knit family ties matter and it shows on their business relationship and attitude should matter the same way.
