SERENDIPITY? The movie? Oh goodness! I love that movie. Too many signs, too many symbols and way too many significant portrayals of today's generation.. It's a love in unexpected places and how the complicated becomes uncomplicated. It's a good movie for two young lovers who not only are intelligent but also endowed with beautiful face. Maganda yung actress, guapo yung actor. Walang pangit sa movie na yun. That's the kind of movie I want to watch. Why should I watch ugly people? The reason why people want to watch movies it's because they want to see beautiful people. If there are some fuglees they have to use cover, like they have to cover their face with make up!
After World War II the whole world is fascinated with motion pictures. Hollywood movie stars are bankable and so as the LVN stars and Sampaguita stars. Mind 'ya they only promote about beauty and cleanliness. That beauty can move mountains. Only the mestizos and mestizas got leading roles. As a matter of fact this is not called racism because even ugly people admired the same quality of beauty. They want their children to look like their movie idols. Shallow? No. Not really. Beauty and brain is the most powerful combination after the war. Uber! That's the kind of mentality brought on by the atomic bomb. Aahahhahaah! Uhm I tried to find a book that resonates with that weird idea. That somehow after WWII the Japs IQ and Americans IQ has doubled. Hmmm----. Fishy eh?
Because I'm a happy camper right now, I'd rather have those sardines with a plate full of fresh tomatoes sprinkled with parmesan cheese, chopped thinly > parsley and spring onions. Oh great! Loving every bite of this "snack appetizer." Sprinkle with lots of montreal steak spices and greatly been appreciated by all of us here at my home.
