I was unable to sleep last night because probably of the medication I had for my allergy. Also because of the frightmare I had recently which made me so scared about closing my eyes to sleep. Crazy that I am. I never had a dream in many months then suddenly I had this dream, the story goes: I went up climbing up to this very conservative orthodox kind of university. It was like a huge church but it was actually a university. Instead of going up the stairs I climbed up to the building exterior iron wrought designed like a scroll. So many scrolls on that side of the building and that's where I climbed up. Why not I use the stairs instead? I don't know why. It's in my dreams. Then I saw the almost spiral stairs from down below while I was on top of the building. I got dizzy it feels like having that vertigo condition and I almost fell through the ground. I managed to get down trembling and cold. While on the ground I saw a couple walking together, holding hands. They were high school batchmate in HS. At first cannot recognized the couple, their face looked familiar but can't remember their names, they were walking passed by me and we waved hands. I continued to walk and they walked behind me. I reached the rice field and something happened that shocked me. I was so shocked that I can't even remember the story that happened within in that situation and I tried so hard to wake up however I cannot open my eyes. What was happening? Wake up I told myself but can't open my eyes. I felt like being hypnotized or I'm in a trance or some kind. Is this the first time that happened to me? The answer is no. It happened before when I cannot open my eyes and can't wake up from my dreams or rather nightmare.
The dream continued. This time I screamed and screamed, slapped my face that it's time to wake up. I can hear my daughter's whispering, talking to her computer but how come she cannot hear my scream? It was more than few minutes before I was able to open my eyes. I felt relieved. My God! Is that what you call bangungot? Thank God, thank goodness I was alive. That frightmare gives me the quiver. It's not about the story of the bad dream but the moment of how to wake up from such deep sleep because too many already died from their sleep without notice. What could be the cause? Heart attack? Lack of oxygen? Asbestos and radon in the atmosphere? Carbon monoxide? What could be?
This is not a drama, gimmick or anything to shock you it's just that it happened and it was part of my dream that is not so good.
Oh my, what an unconsciousness meant > something that you don't have any control of whatsoever. Take a bite of my favorite cake with added whipped cream, another pounds added to my weight. You wont believe the next day the puffiness's gone and slim again. I think that's what happened when taking too much intake of carbohydrates which tends to increase weight gain.
