Inhale & Exhale

As much as I want to cook because I love cooking anyways, but our kitchen doesn't have that exhaust outlet for smoke coming out when at the time of cooking. Would you believe that so many houses in this city have vents attached to the wall through the cabinet or cupboard but there's no outlet for the smoke to come out. No exhaust outlet. When you cook food for your family the smoke coming out from your stove will be blown away through the vent and then blown away by air throughout the house. Crazy eh? Who do you think we have to blame for this anomaly? The architect of the house and the owner of the house? It's not a problem during summer time you can open your kitchen windows and back door. At winter time you have to close your heater first, then open your door and windows to have those smoke from your stove and oven to get out. Can't stand the heat and smell of viand throughout the whole house? Be prepared to eat in the restaurant or call for home delivery of cooked food from restaurants. Easy peasy as pie. But know what? It's not easy to bake pie.

So, if you knock at my door and smell the scent of garlic, curry and onions on my face, skin and clothes then you know that we don't have exhaust fan outlet for the stove and oven.

No wonder why so many have problems with breathing. Carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, and radon are dangerous poisonous gas. So be careful! Breathe.. get out once in a while and breathe. Exhale and inhale fresh air.
