Solid, Liquid Or Gas?

Why the standard of living in countries such as United States of America, Canada, Norway, Switzerland, and other parts of Europe are too high compared to the standard of living in Asian countries?

Do you think the climate has something to do with it? Or it's because they have natural resources that are abundant and in demand? Or because their way of life is actually harder to attain because of obstacles that lead the people to work harder than anybody else?

Truth is... you want to know why? All those countries with high standard of living, have better quality of life and the government work for the betterment of society and most of all the government collect taxes as religiously possible. All goods and services are taxable. I repeat, every product or commodity they sell through many outlets such as market, department store, convenience store from every commercial outlets the buyers have to pay taxes. So much taxes and income tax being paid every year by taxpayers are of different category. Tax, tax, tax so much taxes. So much moneyyyyyyyyyyyy for the government. Wow! It's great to work in the government. THE GOVERNMENT OF THE PEOPLE, BY THE PEOPLE, FOR THE PEOPLE! It's for the PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Here in Canada, if you want to buy a new house you have to pay tax at least 14% of the value of the house. For example you bought a NEW house worth $ 400,000. The buyer of that house will have to pay $56,000. What you can buy with $56,000? You can buy a new pick up truck such as 4x4 Dodge Ram XLT or brand new car Ford worth at least $35,000. You will still have an extra $21,000. What you can buy with $21,000? You can buy a second hand motor boat (measures 15ft.)You want to buy a new car which is worth $30,000. You will have to pay $4,200 in tax for that car.

Update: 14% GST & PST in Year 1993 to previous years when and where applicable.
Year 2014  : GST = 5%    PST =7%    12% TAX imposed for every commodity except on food.

You can have a thorough research if you like by going through the right sources. Ask your government representative. Inquire at government agency, they know their job.

It's all TAXATION... required in well developed countries. At least, we don't have to pay taxes for FOOD. If we have to pay taxes for food. We all should practice "hunger strike." People who practiced hunger strike for years and years? They are already waiting to be casted in walking Dead. j/k.

So. if you bought a new house the tax will automatically goes to the GOVERNMENT. What the Government will do with the tax money they collected from the buyers of houses, cars and many other vehicles? Every year the government can collect BILLIONS OF DOLLARS from BUYERS. Sometimes they can collect TRILLIONS OF DOLLARS! And that will tell you how rich the government of a country who are not into graft and corruption. There is always RECORD OF PURCHASE and TAXATION is administered to keep the government in good order. There'll be lots of employment for the people within that country. Unemployment is not a problem. Or people within that country can live frugally even without bothering to work. It can be self-sustain. Call this regulation or system a UTOPIA.

WITHOUT TAXES for every goods and services there is NO RECORD to know how much is lost and how much is TAKEN by the workers working at the REVENUE Agency or IRS or any taxation agency. If this is followed in the Philippines? There'll be no poor people. POVERTY? That would be a thing of the past. Problem is there are more poor people that taxation is hard to impose and it will only or can overthrow a government if taxes are imposed rigidly.

With the recent "problem" that gas price is really, really low came at the lowest point that WATER IS MORE PRECIOUS AND MORE EXPENSIVE THAN GAS. well think of it as landing in a new planet where you have to find water first as the source of life. Without water then life is impossible.
