Unusual Situation

The island is experiencing an unusual weather turmoils. Hard to believe that it's December already and we haven't receive any snow yet. Seems like it is not winter time yet. Why? Unbelievable!

It was Monday night when the heavy rains poured down like crazy and until today the depressing stormy weather can be felt throughout Vancouver island. It's not a joke people. You think only tropical countries have tropical depression eh? I read through the news on the internet that Comox valley had flood due to overflow of water from the dam.

Damn it! Thank God we're doing okay here despite of all those problems we heard from victims of typhoon in Philippines. Let us pray for those people whose lives were turned upside down by the aftermath of disaster. May the Lord God and all the good people help them survive from this disastrous calamity .

Thinking... waitcha we have our own problems too. Our brown vehicle was hit twice by two individuals driving their vehicles, on two separate situation while our vehicle  was parked on the parking lot. Thank God and thank goodness my husband was not inside the vehicle on those two accidents. The 2 individuals PROMISED that they will pay for the damages done on our brown vehicle. A promise is a promise and we trusted them in good faith that they will pay. Maybe we need a new vehicle with bright color red instead of brown or blue instead of brown colored pick-up truck.

Thinking again... so annoying already?

It's just that it hampers our way of thinking not to overthink. Hilarious? Whatever! Life's full of ups and downs, no one is immuned. Do you have immunity?

My husband is not feeling well since yesterday. He's suffering from stomach flu. I told him maybe he consumed so much of those mixed nuts (peanuts, walnuts, almonds, pistachios all in one jar) that we bought from the big box store. He thought it's probably from the spicy breakfast sausages he ate yesterday. Whatever the cause, the sausage or the nuts; he's there in the washroom most of the time.
