There are at least 4 to 5 showing of the house by realtors since February of 2015, every time after showing the house to would-be buyers these "professional realtors" left their business cards on the table or on counter top of the kitchen. Lately, two showings by two different realtors didn't add up. My husband and I noticed that they didn't leave any business card. That's unusual. WHO THOSE 2 REALTORS? Then yesterday, the realtor from the same company left a note at the front house, by the door asking if she can show the house to another would be buyer. She wants it tomorrow, which is today. My husband said he needs a 24 hour written notice and the realtor didn't know such thing. She doesn't even know much of what is written in the Tenancy Act Agreement. She thought that if the house is for sale she can show the house anytime to anybody.
Right! You can do that if the house is empty without appliances, without furniture, without anybody living in the house. You cannot just enter a fully furnished house and think that you are a pirate hunting for gold.
What they don't know is TENANTS ALSO HAVE THE RIGHTS especially if they PAY RENTS RELIGIOUSLY and are LAW ABIDING CITIZENS OF THE LAND.
My husband is a landlord, manager for a townhouse complex for twenty years and he knows his rights. When some people cannot follow such law then it's BAD! Too bad!
I'm disgusted with their profession as realtors.
When realtors do not follow the rules it's a total shame. They cannot just enter the house and show the house to strangers that we don't know about. Truth is, realtors are bonded but the strangers with them looking inside the house are not. It's better to show the house when it's empty. It's safer that way. Realtors cannot promise that who they allow to enter in the house we are living in are saintly and innocent. If you know what I mean.

Why they can see the DRAFT? It should only be me seeing the draft because I'm the only one who knows the password. That is totally mindboggling that we are not safe and secured in the internet. Well, they tried this kind of testing during the WWII and they put those hackers in the mental hospital together with the children tested for having the third eye. Children possessed with sixth sense were thought to be product of witch craft and abnormality. Stupidity they created because those experimenters do not possessed the right amount of serotonin in their brains.
