The Best WONton For Sure!

My children love wonton so much yet I only make this kind of Chinese food occasionally. Know why? It's painstakingly requires "concentration" not to mess up any piece of dainty wonton wrapper. Each package has 50 pcs. of small square wrappers inside. You might as well buy two packages. One package for wonton soup and one package for siomai or dimsum.

The above photo showcase > are the ingredients for making wonton soup.

50 pcs. Wonton wrapper in one pkg.
1 kilo of ground pork
3 pcs. shredded garlic
1 pc. shredded onion
4 stalks of celery (fresh)
1 big carrot or 4 pcs of shredded chestnuts >optional
chopped spring onions just right amount
chopped parsley just right amount - stalks at least
2 tbsp salt
2 tbsp pepper or Montreal steak spices
1 beaten egg
10 pcs. of prawns

If you don't like shredding the garlic, ginger, onions and celery you can use your kitchen blender to chop them into tiny pieces.

Mix all the ingredients. Use clean hand gloves for mixing the ingredients into the one kilo ground pork in a big stainless bowl. Pour a little bit amount of China Lilly soya sauce (2 tbsp). Mix and blend the ingredients properly. Once mixed time to scoop a teaspoon of the mixed ingredients into the wonton wrapper. Once you mould them into a cone like- shape or like a lollypop shape set them aside on a big plate. Boil them one by one on hot boiling water using a big casserole on a hot stove of course. That's for 15 to 20 minutes depends on how hot  the fire on your gas stove is. Don't let the wonton get saggy because you'll have to boil them again on hot boiling water with chicken bullion or chicken broth.

Here is the result of my special Wonton Soup. Yummy perfection good to the last bite. The taste of the wonton soup is great you'll come back for another bowl of wonton soup, that's for sure.

You wonder what are the ingredients for Wonton Soup... Whatever you can see on the picture above.
