Game Verse

I just couldn't believe that when a student applies for BCAid Student Loan the Admission Team need to ask the following personal information such as Social Insurance Number. The parents info about their Income Tax Return etc. etc. Really?! Through online? Through internet? I first thought you should not fill up application form through online (internet form asking such personal info). But that's a government site that maybe is valid. We have to trust the GOVERNMENT. Eh?

Anyways, forget about such topic let us go to HAIKU. I like watching movies, old Japanese movies about Samurai. For instance the old ancient samurai movie of the blind samurai named Shintaro is a must see. i learned so much from his old movies. His daring fight with the black ninjas. You know those anonymous warriors who are using poisonous stars that they swirl quick pass against their opponents. While they crawl up on the ceiling like black lizards and fly like bats. While the samurais were so swift with their sharp blades of their samurai swords to punish the bad influence notorious mad warriors who cannot do anything good. Aside from such Jap movie of long time ago I used to watch Daigoro. The cute baby son of a samurai of the Tokugawa Empire. In this movie (made for TV series) the father of Daigoro was always away on tour duty and while the father is away, Daigoro even as a small child learned the hard way culminating himself in the teachings of the Buddha and one of his childplay is the "haiku" game chanting one of the haiku one by one however the only haiku that I remembered he mentioned in this movie is significant to his own life's goal.

Daigoro's Haiku

" may isang ibon
dilaw ang tuka
nasa bintana."

Now here are my list, my own composition in HAIKU formation:

1.
along came a duck
the frog leaps
on the little pond.

2. see the blues clues
will you cover
me with the clover leaf hue

3. there's something blue
chirpin' on the cherry tree
knew it was bluejay not a chickadee

4. such a lovely tree
branches swaying
winding through thin air

5. see nothing's new
except the will that says
saint patti's here to stay

6. there's a fine cushion
so many sharp pins
with colorful threads to see

7.let's fly a kite
up in the tower
then move on  and cheer

8. life is nothing
but a dream
until the sun comes down

9. a hole in the bucket
the water falls down
on the grains of sand

10. little monkeys hanging
on a monkey tree
hugging each other to be free
