I'm glad that my husband finished his yard work before the rain poured down on this small community. I knew it when the forecast said it will rain it will be sunny and when the forecast is sunny it will rain. That's how unpredictable the weather is.
Yesterday I had this anonymous caller. Anonymous because it doesn't show any number or name on call display. Then she gave me her name and she said she's calling from the RCMP's office. She wants to talk to my husband regarding the leaf blower that my husband owns. My husband didn't tell me that the leaf blower was stolen so I don't really know what the description of that blower machine. Anyway she said that she can can be reached to the telephone number she gave me.
Later on in the afternoon when my husband came home I told my husband about the call from the RCMP and he called her right away. I don't know the whole story of that conversation, didn't ask. Hours have passed and noticed that my husband has a new leaf blower at the garage. Oh, looks like my husband can't wait so he bought a new leaf blower instead. I first thought the RCMP found the stolen leaf blower. Hmmm...strange.
How much is a leaf blower? Why somebody will steal a machine like that? Hmp! Why should I ask something like that eh? You know how many times the three bicycles belonging to my kids have been stolen. So many times. A lot of times. So be careful. Don't let your tools or any equipment such as lawn mower, tractor, pressure washer, garage vacuum out in your yard have them all inside your garage with a gate and lock. After your done with yard work keep your tools inside your tool house for safe keeping. Too many unemployed or people without work and thieves are becoming rampant. Criminals are dime a dozen now that everyone should be aware and always be on the look-out.
