AI for Artificial Intelligence?
I was in front of my computer and at the same time facing the television set and listening to the news on TV and one of the guests on the news channel asked if there are smart people in Canada. Rather the question seemed unbelievably bad. You should have SMART chip with stripes!
Let say you are in Canada and somebody said, "nobody is smart in Canada." How you will react to that?
With the educational system not given the much needed emphasis but sports is given the most importance because they create the utmost source of investment and expenditures. Who would like to go to school when the budget is actually intended for the athletes so that they can be the future "workers" that will bring in billions of dollars. That educators, teachers and school workers whose jobs are at stake because they don't really earn wages just like the hockey players, baseball players and football players including the many sports players athletes.
Who amongst you watched the old movie REVENGE OF THE NERDS? The academic students who are mostly geniuses were kicked out from their dormitory so that the star players/athletes of the University has a dorm to reside after they set on fire their own fraternity/dorm house. Unfair? The geniuses were sent to the gym and had them sleep there with beds and their stuff like refugees. Yeah you can be refugees when bullies within your area decided that you are "tagged" as people not providing much of a "happening" and not creating investment for the betterment of society.
However, in this old movie the NERDS are smart, intellectually gifted were able to succeed by providing what they know best. Who are the losers in this movie? The group of women seemed the losers because they were used by the nerds and the athletes. And you wonder why WOMEN will not stand by not doing anything to have their own revenge.
