So today is such a joyous day to celebrate? Not at all. I have to clean the house not because I'm not cleaning it but I have to do some extra work so that other people can view them. I mean think of it that the "house" where we live is such a joyful view for the many house hunters whatever you may want to call it.
We are renting this place for over a year now and the owner wants to sell the house so be it. There are too many house for sale in the neighborhood, too many to choose from with a better view: ocean view, mountain view, or with gorgeous landscaping. Other houses have forest view or close to the bank of the river. Those with the most scenic beautiful view are prized and priced higher almost half million dollars and they are only three bedrooms.
Okay this house is for sale and it's already under listed to a realtor that the owner preferred to represent the house. I like this house the first time I saw it because of the floor that is wood turned out it was laminated not solid wood. But that's okay. I love the cupboards because its perfectly new and the design is modern and whew! Expensive! I love the appliances because they are made by GE (General Electric) from the stainless steel fridge to oven, dishwasher and stove. The washer and dryer which is brand new belongs to us and two freezer at the garage also new belongs to us. The kitchen by the way has an island (table) which is a plus. You can use it for your chopping with your chopping board of course and for food prep. The wall has black and white tiles that coordinates with the granite counter top which is really nice.The house is big. There are 3 bedrooms which they should have at least make it four bedrooms instead. It has two bathrooms and one toilet at the main entrance hallway. The living room is bigger than normal. It has fire place. All windows have expensive blinds. All the ligt fixtures are costly they are not below $100 but over $ 150 at least. The walls have crown mouldings of Greek and Gothic design and style. There are two doric poles at the living room almost like Roman architecture. The house has a big garage and a basement. The house has airconditioning unit aside from ceiling fans. Big yard! You can set up a gazebo or japanese sunken garden if you want at the back. Front yard has enough room for three vehicles.
Since this is FOR SALE, I mean the house is for sale and there are about group of people and agents who viewed the house inside and out I was busy also looking for a place to rent. As I said there are too many "available houses" for rent and for sale in this area, this time I hope I can choose the best location and stay away from that satellite's focus as if it's main focus is on the direction or where I am. And that's not funny at all. I don't know what crop sign that satellite wants. Hey this is not UK. Am in UK? How the hell I'm in UK when I'm in San Francisco?
I know that the last NASA mission is over and who could be doing such devastating effect of solar flares in this part of the world? Who is at ISS? Do you know? Year 2012 is well...solar flares are rampant. Dunno where to move so that the SUN will not follow me. lol
So while somebody looked at this place time for me to shop.
Anyways, it's good to see Lindsay Lohan at the downtown area. That girl who is being followed not by the sun but the obnoxious papparazzis.
