MERIT. No Spoilers please.

This photo image above is what I miss in this new blog format. Every time I see that image of the "rocket sky high" zooming up it makes me feel excited and happy. Also the statement that says: Your blog post published successfully!

When all other blogwriters tell you your blog has been rejected. Darn! Nobody receives rejection when you blog because it is your own daily account of your own activity and the others should shut up or mind their own business.

It is a moment in time when almost every blogs in the blogosphere used to tell you that to be a successful writer you have to follow the following requirements because they are the most famous, fabulous, accredited writers and literary agents who are well experienced in that kind of literary writing business. Well show me your money. Show me your works and show me the books you wrote that were in the best sellers. And why the hell I don't know your name or your name not known in the best sellers at the Amazon. Oh I know the authors I only know are Stephen King, Wilbur Smith, Ernest Hemingway, Patrick O'Brian, Patricia Cornwell, Blomqvist, Wonnacott, Atkinson, Jane Yolen, JK Rowling, and Tom Clancy.

So what you have to instill the new writers? CONFIDENCE that they have the will and skills to write. Writing just like other kind of work needs PRACTICE. Practice makes perfect. Even the Olympian artists and athletes have to practice their routinary program of their skills most of the time. When you're a newbie then the more you have to practice. Look at those dancers and singers, you think they are very talented and had inborn talents? Some of them are born with the genes and DNA that they are really born with the talents they inherited from their biological parents but practice of those special skills can make them achieved perfection and educating these people adding more knowledge and extra experience are sort of extension of inborn talents. You know what I mean? It's like you are born with just speaking and writing one language. You are so good with the communication using just one particular language because that's what being used everyday of your life and the people you talk to speak and write the same language. Now if you add another language in your communication becoming bilingual you need to practice that skills of communication with people who speak that second language. Imagine if you are to communicate and deal with extra languages and dialects. Can you beat the odds? That's where oddity happens. And that's how those experts can able to determine how great you are. That's where the comparison is. The problem of that aspect is racism arised in a speed of light and set the goal into undetermined competition. There will be racism and prejudice and you cannot stop every human beings to be competitive when each one of us are being compared and set aside. Choosing the BEST of them all when they only need ONE to be on the TOP. Choosing the best worker or employee, choosing the best Olympian, choosing the best students for awards and rewards > of course there are certain criteria and qualifications those people have to follow and up for the judge and panel of judges to conclude and intelligently end up with the result and final decision. In other words based on MERIT. No suckers please!
