Would you believe that the forecast weather temperature last night was 5 degrees C. Wow! That's cold, almost like winter in summer. How could that be? Not the case though. It was hot last night and our heater is off. The electric fan is on but it was hot. Wrong forecast or weather is really unpredictable at the island?
You know meteorologists can be very smart and they are educated in Meteorology but something that they can predict is the forces of nature (Physics). You can make an experiment though and record the results. Unpredictability in the weather due to many circumstances is the hazard in the study of climate.
This morning what surprises everyone? The volcanic activity in Hawaii is not finished yet and suddenly an active volcano in Guatemala (South America) has erupted. In the TV News (shown on TV CBC News) you can see those people and houses covered with volcanic ash. The ground is smoky and the foggy ash laden surrounding is so bizarre. I don't know why those people still walking on the streets with masks covering their mouth and noses when they should run away or drive away from the site of environmental disaster. Did you see that kind of scene from Hawaii when their volcano erupted? No. The Hawaiians were informed to evacuate 24 hours or earlier before the actual impact. I think in other countries stricken by poverty the people wont leave their only home they know and have lived there for more than fifty years or there's no other way to go for safety. Whatever the reason maybe it's too late for them to get out. I feel sorry for them. 25 people died in that tragic volcanic eruption. Nobody dies in Hawaiian volcanic eruption. You have to pray for these people. So tragic. It's hard to believe something so tragic will happen in such a way that we can empathize with them.
In another part of the world humans are busy looking forward with the games they love: Hockey Championship (Stanley Cup 2018) (Capitals Vs LV Knights) and NBA Championship. Sorry to say that our favorite team RAPTORS didn't make it. When will Toronto Raptors will win the NBA Champ? And when will Toronto Blue Jays will win the Baseball Championship? Whatever! Don't know really what they are up to anyway. Are they playing to win or into buying or selling? Uhm?
You really have to win to have value in the marketing of your products otherwise without winnings the products become not valuable enough to sell. Look at BC LIONS. How many winnings this valuable team wins? So many times. They are true real winners!
In Philippines: They still cannot make up their mind up to now. It's Bongbong Marcos who won for the VP. Is that a huge problem that they cannot solve?
