In the Philippines, the Filipino students are trained as the human computer. The students must think, analyze, comprehend everything through rote memory until you become the BOOK.
It's somewhat by forced, education by the school system within the very foundation of family life. Education is mandatory.
In Canada, every student is educated by tangible computers, visible for their hands to use. Education is not by force. If its by forced then the schools and the teachers/educators are then dealt with lawsuit and end of the school, no more school. It's a shut down. Disciplinary action is never heard of. You disciplined your kids to be the model of good, right conduct you end up the parents who cannot understand the discipline. To slap and paddle your kids you end up in prison. I don't hurt my kids. It's up to them to learn because they have minds of their own. It's not me who will take the test. If the teachers cannot teach them and have problem with teaching method it's time for them to quit.
It becomes the government problem and the government becomes the guardian of the kids who need the disciplinary action. ? . What? WTH! Yeah hard to believe that eh?
Well, it's a time of relaxation. Summer time. Kids should relax, take time to laugh and play and be the franklin in your own world. For the mentally challenged relaxation is a very challenging task because if you have computers everyday is a task hard to miss. For those autistics and those people who were discovered by Hans Asperger (the Vienesse doctor) everyday is a day to reckon with in the world where they are the superheroes. Be the HERO or be whoever you can be.
In communism, in the fascist system and most especially in Russia this kind of system is still in active. In Canada they still have the same kind of system. A Gordon Downie 's story made it possible for you to understand. The Duplessis group of molested and harassed Canadians brought it up for public to know and be informed. The group of First Nations who were exploited, molested, raped and still suffering from long time ago (how many years now?) memory of being abused by the group of people who were to protect them turned out to be the culprits and victimizers . Because it happened in a time when witnesses were probably dead by now the victims and the exploited want apology from the Pope. Now what?! Why the Roman Catholic Pope should apologize for the abuse and exploitation done to those people? I know that is weird and bizarre. It doesn't make sense.
IF there are humans who are educated and willing to dig in and be the "archeologists researchers" for the wrongdoings done to the victims and families of the victims then who we are to stop justice coming to these indigenous people?

I'm craving fish for the past 7 days now. In Philippines, fish is an everyday viand. If I missed the fish for a week my body weakens. I crave for fresh tuna!
