You are not U when you're hungry. So for the most part hardworking people would like to have roast beef or roast chicken with lots and lotsa gravy. Two cups of gravy...whew yummy! Looks like punishment ha. If you're the only one who will eat that gravy that's super punishment. But for sharing the gravy, that's another story. There are millions of stories in my own book. For every meal there is that wonderful, lovely story to go with the toast of favorite wine, coolers, juice or just simple pop or soda. We only drink wine, champagne, brandy or whisky occasionally. Martinelli is good once in a while peach coolers and grapes our choice to refresh in this hot season. Almost summer here. Wow!

 Spinach? It gives us lots of iron in it. No need to take iron supplement in the form of tablets. I need to take iron tablets or capsule when I feel like my anemia is back to haunt me.

The vampire should have spinach in their diet. Hahahaha!

As if we are on vacation in Italy in this wonderful superbly sunny weather that we keep having so much pasta. Tortellini again with my favourite sauce of marinara added some minced beef, spices and sliced spinach. Cassava cake for my merienda. Sad to say only me who eat this kind of dessert. My teens don't really have that sweet tooth for sweet delicacy made from roots of cassava plant. They would enjoy ice cream in different kind of flavor but not Filipino delicacy that they are not used to eat.
